I went to get a hair cut for myself and my son Sept 7th. The lady who cut my son’s hair not sure if she is new but did not do a good job blending and over all cutting. When told to fix it she half assed it and still looked terrible. Thank god the lady who cut mine named Dora was good enough to see the poor job done and took it upon herself to fix her coworkers work. Also I wanted to half my son sit next to me in an empty chair after his shitty hair cut not being used while I was getting the hair cut. This lady insisted that he should not sit there while Dora told her it was fine. Not sure what kinda of operation is the owner running but you need to ensure your employees know what good customer service should look like. There are other place we could be spending our money to get a hair cut. Again Dora is a super star.

Worst experience. That Indian lady was so rude. I clearly told her not to cut it too short, but she didn’t care and made the haircut way too short. After reading the reviews, I realized that she’s the only issue at this location. She should get fired, or they'll end up losing customers.

The worst grate clips I’ve ever visited, especially the Indian lady she doesn’t know what she’s doing even after instructing many times. And the shop is always smelling inside the staff doesn’t maintain neatness.
Please don’t go to the Indian lady here.

Absolutely horrible! The manager should be fired. Won’t be returning or recommend to anyone. Utterly terrible.
When I arrived, there were no other customers waiting, but I still sat down as a courtesy while a white male stylist with grey hair remained seated and occupied on his phone. After some time, a female hairdresser who was busy with another customer asked him to attend to me.
He walked over slowly, and I greeted him — no response. He asked for my name, and despite my clear enunciation, he dismissively said, “Whatever, I don’t get your name.” Then he asked for my phone number. I repeated it slowly four times, but he still didn’t acknowledge it and instead yelled, “There’s too many numbers!” Trying to stay calm, I smiled politely and showed him the number on my phone. He snapped, “Why are you smiling, are you a comedian?”
I was shocked. I had been nothing but respectful and patient. He then barked, “Sit back down and the Indian lady will see you.” I chose to leave quietly rather than escalate, but this was completely unacceptable behavior — impatient, rude, unprofessional, and undeniably racist.

I do not post bad reviews, this center made me write one!!
The Indian lady stylist did not know what she was working on. Will not recommend the salon to anyone. Her cut was so bad that i had to go to a different salon to have the hair cut again.
If you lack the skill of hair cutting, kindly get trained before you can practice and charge people for it.

The stylists are never the same people so the hair cuts are never the same look, I went yesterday and the woman seemed bothered to cut my hair, was very rough with the scissors, messed up my hair where had to ask her to fix it a then seemed even more bothered. Now I have to go to a different place just so they can fix my haircut that I paid a rather high price for a terrible haircut. I will never return to this location or company ever again. Very unprofessional and poor quality of service.

The staff was extremely rude. She used disrespectful hand gestures to call the people waiting, spoke sarcastically, and made unnecessary comments..

I have been going there for many years. Lately their service is getting declined. Worst one today. I wouldn’t recommend Roopa. She had no intention to cut hair. After requesting her multiple times, she didn’t give any shape in the back. I had to ask her multiple times to cut hair and she was just moving machine without making any impact. $25 for this service. Never going there again. Time to find new hair salon.

I called to ask how much is the blowout with shampoo and the lady picked up and she said its 7 plus 35 if the hair is shoulder length. When I actually drive up there she says my hair is very long nd its 7 plus 55. Plz let me how is my hair very long. I will enter a picture. Nd even if it is how is that 55 from just 35. Shouldn’t it be like 5 dollars more. Her name was pabiola something. Sorry If I am spelling it wrong because she was very reluctant to spell it when I asked her

Garbage cut. Laziest cutter cut my hair in like 5 mins. With dirty trimmers that still had other people’s hair in it. They didn’t even properly sanitize it. Disgusting. Never coming back.

Hate the lady who did the haircut for me at 2:40 pm today. I and my son used to come here but no more because of today’s experience. Lady was rude, did not clean the tools, done the haircut in less than 5 minutes. Did not dry my hair or clean the fallen hair. This was my go to store till today, but no more. Bye bye. Despite all this, i still gave her tip.

took my toddler here for a haircut recently. What a terrible experience. Lady was incompetent (there is a proper technique to be used when cutting hair and she clearly didn’t do it), was a bit rude, basically kept saying she can’t cut my kids hair properly bc she was moving (this child was BARELY moving and even if she was it was probably due to the rash behavior of how the lady was treating her hair/neck) and seemed irritated in general about cutting. Glared at us when we were tipping. Please fire this lady, seems like many people had similar reviews below. I will now go to another salon to “fix” my kids hair. This also costs 20$ for a child haircut, so so not worth it.

The stylist who cut my son’s hair was kind and my son’s haircut was great. The one star review is for the other stylist who refused service by saying she didn’t feel comfortable using scissors to cut my son’s hair. If you’re a professional stylist, I imagine using scissors is something you are trained and expected to do. Telling me you couldn’t cut my son’s hair was rude and unprofessional and uncalled for.
UPDATE: don’t fall for the immediate response from corporate “we are sorry, please email us”. It doesn’t do anything, there’s zero followup.
