If I could give 0 stars I would. Cassandra was very rude. I showed up hour early because I forgot my appointment was at 11 am not 10 am. I asked if there’s anyway she could take us now. I had no problem coming back at 11 am could’ve just got lunch around the corner. She said “THEY JUST CANT SHOW UP LIKE THAT” in a very rude sarcastic manner. Also deepika if your going to schedule someone that may have paperwork that only a certain rep can do maybe you should ask that customer on the phone what they have opposed to dragging us out there to say we can’t we have to reschedule. This was the second time we were there. If you guys were at all professional you would’ve treated us a lot better the this time around. What a horrible place I’ll be going to Piscataways location.

"Master Tax Advisor" at HR Block means as much as "Sandwich Artist" at Subway. There was no mastery demonstrated - just repeated unpreparedness, errors, and radio silence.
I spent about 8 hours of my life in this office trying to get my return done. That's on top of the $500 my return cost. And on top of the hours I spent at home reviewing my return since I had so little faith in their work and hours I spent chasing after them to get fixes made since review indeed showed they made mistakes. The only way I was able to get my return completed was to threaten to not leave until it was done.
This episode inspired me to learn how to do my own taxes - it would be much less painful and probably more reliable.

This is the first time I have written a review for a tax return/ Tax Advisor/Agent. I cannot believe my luck when I found Sadia Tabani, Enrolled Agent/ Master Tax Advisor, located at H&R Block in South Plainfield, NJ. I am so lucky I found her! She is the best Tax Advisor/Agent I have ever worked with. She helped me with my taxes and explained everything in a way no one ever has. She helped me identify the tax deductions that I didn't know I had! Not only is Sadia Tabani very HELPFUL, she is also pleasant and friendly and made the experience a GREAT experience for me. I was very happy when I left the office and I told my whole family and all my coworkers and friends. My sister went to see Sadia also and raved about her. My sister said she will not go to any other tax person! I agree! I recommend Sadia to everyone, especially if you hate doing taxes and procrastinate (like I was doing, because I hate tax stuff!) She makes the experience very EASY and comfortable and I really enjoyed my visit! 10 STARS!! Thank you Sadia! from, Maria M.
