“Recently, I had to find new car and home insurance after my previous policy increased by 170% (no claims or reasons for the massive increase). It is never a fun or easy process, but O'Donnell Insurance Agency were excellent. No massive thrills or spectacles, but great customer service that focused on balancing costs and coverage. We were able to get a much lower rate with better coverage. The massive stress of finding insurance melted away thanks to their attentive and constructive engagement in finding us the best policies.
