Ive done business with this location for years. The owner is disrespectful and unprofessional . As a business owner I’m always hesitant to leave a negative review but he deserves a 1 star because her just simply unprofessional

Unfortunately, my experience at this dry cleaning business was extremely disappointing. The staff was rude, dismissive, and made me feel very uncomfortable. I noticed a clear difference in how I was treated compared to other customers, which gave the impression of racial bias. When I asked simple questions about pricing and services, I was met with unnecessary attitude and a complete lack of professionalism.
No customer should be made to feel unwelcome or disrespected. I won’t be returning, and I hope the business takes steps to treat all patrons with equal respect and courtesy.

Took my pink DKNY jacket to get cleaned only wore it once he cut the thread out the sleeve allegedly it couldn’t be pressed ok that’s fine and I picked up the jacket on Friday a week from when I dropped it off which was Monday I went to put on the jacket it smelled so bad horrible I had to take it to another cleaners I knew the place was fishy as it was dirty inside never the less will not go here again

Worse customer service and the store is dirty. There isn’t a proper room for alterations. The man is rude and has no manners. I told him he was rude and he ignored me. I walked out and have never been back since.Services: Special care fabric cleaning

I used to go there very often before the pandemic but my husband started working from home and I didn't have many shirts to take there anymore. I went today and the man (owner, I think) acussed me to give him a Canadian dollar, very rude and disrespectful that make me angry that I asked him for my shirts back but he said "no until you give me my dollar". "I said I don't even understand what you're saying". I had to give him a dollar or he wouldn't give my shirts then he hand to me the Canadian dollar I didn't take it and he threw it to me. I asked him If he was so sure I gave him that coin why he didn't call me, he said he was waiting for me to come back (he waited over a yea). I still can't believe this really happened, losing a costumer over a dollar.

I took a dress to be cleaned and when I picked it up it was WET and still dirty! Won't be going back. Please save yourself the trouble!
