Alright so this was my second time visiting this store went to dressing room with my mother she wanted to try on some clothes and was given number tag with it as well the associate at the dressing room was very rude and very unprofessional now my mother speaks little to no English and the associate kept on being disrespectful to her. To the point it somewhat felt discriminatory. The associate was old was the only reason I did not say anything to her. Please do your job properly I’ve personally worked in customer service including retail for well respected stores and have never behaved that way. Please train your staff for better customer service. And to do their jobs properly. And later I found out from my other friends that they have seen that associate being like that with most customers which is unfortunate.

This store is always clean and organized. All associates are very helpful. America and Aracelly, were excellent helping me pick up all the items I needed for my office and my house. They even help me getting the Items to the cashier and putting them in my car. Thank you ladies. I definitely recommend shopping at this HomeGoods store in south plainfield nj it is a pleasure.

Went in to do some Mother’s Day shopping. Many options to choose from early in the morning. Well organized. What killed it was the attitude of the cashier that attended me today in register 1. Very nasty attitude, lacks customer service etiquette. That’s definitely something I don’t expect to look forward to when shopping.

Not really a good experience to this location. I recently moved in to this area, and came in here hoping to find some deals for the new home. The people were friendly, but the customer service was seriously lacking. I had a lot of questions and no one was helpful. I feel they could have done better. They do have deals, but the CS needs to be improved

One awful place. People are rude. I called the store to ask to speak to the manager and the lady that answered the phone said in an unfriendly way that the manager wasn’t there. Then I asked her at what time was the manager going to be there and she asked “who’s this?” I replied I want to know at what time the manager is going to be there and she said “I’m not allowed to say” What? Why isn’t she allowed to say when the manager is going to be at the store? And instead asked me twice who I am? Jesus! Can these people be more unpleasant and unprofessional? I don’t think so.
