THE MANAGER OF THIS PARTY HAS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND TAGGING ALLONG ALL EMPLOYEES THERE. HOW THEY TELL ME THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY BALLOONS THAT POP, MIND YOU WHILE I’M WAITING FOR MY BALLOONS THEY POPPED 4 OF MY BALLOONS AND THEY DIDNT WANT TO REFUND ME OR AT LEAST GIVE ME A REPLACEMENT FOR MY 4 POPPED BALLOONS . PLEASE I SUGGEST YOU ALL DON’T COME HERE TO BLOW UP BALLOONS THEY WILL DO THIS TO YOU ON PURPOSE BY POPPING THEM AND NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND OR A REPLACEMENT!!

Spent $30 on a 2 & 1 number balloon. In less than 24 hours, the 2 deflated. When I brought the balloons back to the same location and spoke with the same cashier that checked me out initially, I was met with hostility and a nasty attitude off the bat with the assistant manager, Sara. Her arguments were all over the place, initially saying that they have a 24 hour balloon guarantee, and since they were brought back over the 24 hours, there’s nothing she can do (only guaranteeing 24 hours for $30 is ridiculous but I digress, that’s not her fault). Once I realized that no where at the store, or on the website does it state that policy. Now she is saying that it says that policy when you order balloons online, to which I said I didn’t order them online, I bought them inside this store. She then reverts to saying the cashiers tell you that 24 hour policy when you buy the balloons in store, to which I told her I was never told. Now she is saying that because I don’t have the receipt, there’s nothing she can do, because there is no proof of purchase when the cashier that checked me out is standing right in front of me saying she remembers our encounter. Sara was absolutely rude about the whole situation, how she got a job as an assistant manager is beyond me considering she is not at all cut out to work with people, let alone mitigate situations - it seems that her main purpose when working with customers is to pick a fight and approach in the most unprofessional manner possible. Absolutely will not be returning back to this corporation, let alone this location.

They call the bright glittery red gift wrap paper a Christmas Themed gift wrap and would not accept it for returns. This is bogus! Don’t waste your money here. The lady at front desk was also rude even before I mentioned that I was there to return something there.

We came for birthday balloons and decorations. We walked in as soon as they opened and the store employees were helpful and friendly.

Do not go to this Party City. If I could give this Party City 0 stars I would. The Manager Susan is a full-fledged racist along with the security worker Ben. The Manager Susan ordered Ben to search my purse. I am a young black female college student who was with a group of other college students of color. Susan and Ben accused me of stealing. Plenty of white people left the store before me and weren’t forced to have their bags searched. Of course, once my purse was searched they realized I didn’t steal anything. It is also important to note that I purchased items and had my receipt with me so I was paying customers. Susan and Ben didn’t even apologize for their false accusations and violations of my rights and privacy. The racism and discrimination I was subjected to from Susan and Ben and this Party City is unacceptable. This act of racism was a blatant violation of my rights and my privacy. I am considering taking further action against Susan, Ben, and this location. If you are a person of color or care about the treatment of people of color do not shop and support this Party City. The racist manager Susan didn’t even seem to be able to properly communicate or speak articulately. The Manager Susan is racist and is in need of culture competency and customer service training. I am requesting a formal apology from the Manager Susan and Ben the security worker.

Very rude & disrespectful lady working at the desk where you get your costumes. Raising her voice at us and just giving attitude to me and my daughter! + Some random lady following me and my daughter wherever we go. Very uncomfortable. Definitely will not be coming here again!!

Manager Indeepa followed me during my whole visit on the store. Asked me if I needed help which is ok but then followed me and my gf in every isle. Every time i looked up, there he was staring at us and we felt uncomfortable shopping. I then asked the lady on the counter if he was the manager and she said yes. The guy with the walkie talkie looking directly at us is. Even while paying for the items. I believe the manager is of India background ??) Hopefully headquarters can review it and fix this uncomfortable situation that happened. if someone else also had this happen speak up. It’s not ok

Wish i could put 0 stars, unfriendly staff and was being watched whole time. stale candy should not be sold. terrible service and atmosphere. overall horrible experience.

Great place to get your party supplies! My toddler loves checking out birthday themes and seeing it in person really helps us to make a decision. There are plenty to choose from!

Spend $60 on balloons and they will charge you to tie a weight already purchased and a plastic bag. They called and told me that I would need 2 weights so I had to purchase another and they refused to tie the balloons to the weight without charging me to do so! Also I tied all the balloons to the one weight and didn’t need the second one after all. Since when is there a charge? I have been buying balloons at party city for years but won’t be anymore especially after what they don’t do with customers that spend money at their store. Stop allowing employees to wear masks on their faces when they are talking to customers. It’s extremely rude to not see someone’s face when they speak and it’s pointless. Enough is enough with the false brainwashing

Manager Sarah was extremely rude! I’ve worked in customer service most of my life and never would treat a customer the way she did. In the middle of our conversation she walked away and choose to completely ignore my valid points. Called customer service and they had no issues with offering me a refund!. If I could I would give this location zero stars.

Being followed around the store by an employee like a thief and then given an attitude by the cashier wasn’t the experience I was going for three days ago! I go to party city at least once a month if not more and this is the first time this has happened to me! I guess Amazon will be getting my business from now on. By the way the person in the photos went down every aisle we did with nothing in their hands, pretending to fix things that were fine, do better PC!
