Cynthia was very nice,pleasant and professional. She took the time to explain everything in full detail and made sure we understood everything. Really good at her job. Just don't like the constant rent increase.

I use this place for my business storage i have multiple units here im always in and out and no matter what time of day it is when i come in and see the manger i think her name is ebony shes very nice full of energy and helpful and all around clean location

1/1/25 -Signing up with Cynthia was such a pleasure. She took us around, showed us how everything worked and got us the unit we were looking for. A seamless transaction. She explained everything so well. Can't say enough good things about Cynthia! My only feedback regarding the storage facility is that they need to have more carts to move your stuff. We of course, have to come on the weekend and there just aren't enough carts. We waiting for quite a while, 45 minutes, we one to be available. Please consider having more available and possibly a sign up for other users to return as soon as they are done so others can use them. Editing this review on 12/29/25 and 2 very large increases to the rent in between. Started out paying $211, after 3 months $287 now they want $377! A $90 increase all in less than 1 year. Guess they don't reward loyal customers. I like the facility, it's great and don't want to move but they my be forcing me out with these constant price increases. Will be looking for something more stable, more predictable with pricing. Sad because I do like this facility.

Cynthia and Ebony are amazing hard working.. they are kind …understanding and they love their jobs.. Cynthia and Ebony are a joy to be around.
they run the entire storage Facility and they do it well.
Cynthia and Ebony always has a smile on their face and always ready to help..you guys are lucky to have them on your staff.
Cynthia and Ebony ..definitely deserve a raise and a vacation..
If I own a business I would hire them in a second.
