I go to the Quest in South Plainfield (not the closest to me) because of a wonderful phlebotomist there who is quick and gentle. He’s also very knowledgeable. It’s easy to make an appointment online and easy to check in. I feel well-treated and results are sent very quickly.

Very slow service even though we had an appointment. We had to wait an hour. It was a fasting test for the kids. The service was really good though for one kid, hence 3 stars.

It is so easy to check in, while in your car using your cell phone. When you walk in, you see your name on a monitor and how many people are scheduled before you. I rarely have to wait more than 6 minutes to be seen, the techs are very friendly and careful when inserting the needle to draw blood.It's a quick and easy process when you schedule your appointment online. And, you receive the test results within a day.

The location I went to was over booked and the employees were overwhelmed they did their best ,they were kind, I just wished that the normal location I was going to didn't close they are getting the overflow from the closed location

I love your staff especially the young lady that took my blood. She always goes the extra distance and is super pleasant!
Every appt I make is always done in a timely fashion. And signing in is very user friendly.

The tech that did my blood work was very good. She managed to make sure to insert the needle without making it hurt or leaving a bruise on my arm. She was very informative when I asked questions about her job, in which I was interested in knowing on how to become one. She had me in and out with ease. Thank her again for me.

I was a walk-in around 10 am and I just knew I would be waiting at least an hour but my wait was only 5 minutes! My family and I have been coming to this location since 2007! The service is always great and the staff is professional.

The self check-in worked fine. I was able to wait in my car and got a text to come in. Wait was about 25 minutes. Staff was polite. Results were available in less than two days.

People are waiting since 8 am even at 9 o’clock all 8 ish appointments are pending. The management at this location is not doing good work. People need to be lay off.
