I waited 20 min for my deposit to be done. I don’t understand why it would take so long for a deposit. Are they understaffed ?

I have only had courteous and friendly customer service here for years whether at the counter, drive-up, or with lobby staff at the desks for account assistance. The only thing that has ever taken time once in a while is the wait in the drive-up lane during busy hours and that would be the same at any bank. Satisfied customer!

The only reason I deal with this place is because I drop off the jobs deposit daily. The Tellers are rude, disrespectful, and think they are better than. I have never made it out of that place in 30 min or less.AWFUL!!!!!!! I wish I could give ZERO stars!

Not sure what's going on at the TD on near the south Plainfield police department. It appears there staff has been fired or quit. There lobby is closed for over 2 weeks now, only one person there working the drive through. I own a business and I'm at the bank several time a week. I can't get change because the one person working is limited in what they can do. I'm forced to drive out the wY to get my bank for the day

The service at the drive thru has gone down. Three years ago when we first moved here, it was in and out transactions. Now each time I sit in the drive thru, I'm waiting 5-10 minutes to cash a check. That's just unacceptable.

Teller Ladies have bad attitudes and are not friendly they make ppl feel that they are beneath them.. customer service is good... Other friends I know say the same thing ... they also try to act nice but are not! Only convenience is that it’s a lot a closer to my home only reason I come here I would always stop by my jobs loc” branch but they still closed down ..Unlike greenbrook location and especially whitehouse station everyone is fabulous!!!!

My overall experiences here are fine. But on two separate occasions, one the workers, Marlene, has left a terrible taste in my mouth. Word of advice, if you want people to like this bank, train this nasty woman to be better please.

Outstanding customer service! The manager at this location is the best! I had a problem with my account and called customer service; basically I kept getting transferred around so I gave up and went to the branch and Lucy, the manager, took care of it in a half hour! Since then I have been using this branch for all my needs, and the staff is always helpful and competent. So glad I found this location! TD should be proud of their people here!
