After coming in to open an account and meeting the ladies working in the branch, I would never bank at another bank again. They made me feel so welcomed and explained everyone so thoroughly, I left with more knowledge than I came in with. Some things did need approval for their back office and being as though I went on a Saturday they work with a skeleton crew and I would have to wait until Monday. I was so glad I did! Unity has a customer for life! I’ve even brought some of my family members over to open accounts too! Thanks Sputh Plainfield!

The bank employees at this branch are not courtesy. They waste time customers. If you ever decide to open account at this branch, be careful when bank employee wants to write your sensitive information in a piece of paper. Yes, they are writing your SSN, credit card/ATM bank card into a piece of paper, not account application and not by entering it directly into computer system. Make sure you freeze your credit profile at Experian, TransUnion.. to prevent fraud from employees at this branch. Go to Wells Fargo, Columbia Bank, TD Bank, or Citizens Bank in South Plainfield to avoid fraudulent activities at this branch.

I want to say thank you to Juanna Sanchez for helping me immediately with my banking needs! I had a problem with a tenant security account and she worked diligently on it and resolved the matter! Not to mention she is always happy and willing to go above and beyond to make sure whatever you need is completed properly!

I came into this branch today, with a pretty serious issue. I was really shaken up. I didn't know how to even begin to solve the problem. Thanks to Juana Sanchez and Megan Rodgers, I left the bank smiling and no longer stressed out about the situation. They were awesome!! They even explained the process as they went about resolving the problem! I call them the dynamic duo!!

I had an incredible experience with the South Plainfield Unity Bank branch. I came in minutes before closing on a Friday afternoon, thinking the bank closed at 5, when it actually closed at 4. I needed something urgently in order to go ahead with my planned home closing the following Monday. Teller Juana Sanchez was a superstar - helping me patiently, professionally, and so competently despite complications that arose and the fact that it was well overtime for her.Thank G-d, her hard work paid off and we made it to the finish line!Thank you Juana and the entire South Plainfield Unity Bank staff!

I have had difficult times at other Unity banks but ever since we started visiting this location, I feel more appreciated and so does the rest of my family that also bank here. The staff is wonderful and always friendly. Juana on the teller line is always very attentive and goes above my expectations always asking questions to ensure all my banking needs are resolved before I leave the branch. I am very happy here and avoid going anywhere else ever since.

I am honored to give my first compliment to Unity Bank. The entire staff there is wonderful. Mrs Juana Sanchez gave me excellent service all the time. The staff at Unity Bank makes even the smallest client feel like a big shot. I am a new business client and work with another large bank. While the other large chain bank has not even contacted me during the Covid-19 out break and the SBA loans, Unity walked me through the process and got me SBA funding. Great service, and everything you would get as a small business from a large bank without the fees. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
