DO NOT JOIN VERIZON AND DEFINITELY DO NOT SHOP at the South Plainfield location. Verizon looks for every opportunity to scam you and screw you over. We upgraded a phone online. The website said the price would be $4 per month if we traded in our phone, which was in prefect condition and only a month old. We went to this location to trade in the phone and the salesman Leo promptly told us that we couldn't trade in the phone for the promised price and that it was now going to be $30 per month.
These people are con artists and cheats. Leo was rude, not helpful, and did his best to make us feel stupid. We had just switched from T-mobile where we had a great experience. We will be going back to T-Mobile. Verizon as a company, this particular location, and Leo in particular disgust me.

Went for help to transfer lines from one account to another. They said they were unable to help us AT the store do this, so spent an hour on the phone with Verizon transferring the numbers at the store. Was able to do this at a different location previously with ease and assistance. Will not return for anything.

This review is for that best customer centric rep Leo. He is beyond amazing and the way he helped us with porting my husband’s phone number was beyond amazing. He solved the issue in 10 minutes that this store manager and another rep couldn’t resolve and just misguided us to contact the old service provider. Thankyou Leo!! you are truly amazing!!!!

This was the worst experience I've ever had. No one waited on me for about an hour. There was a sign in that I didn't see and was ignored for an hour. Horrible experience!

Went to pick up an order I placed in the morning hours. The order was supposed to be picked up out of 1 of the lockers in store. 4 hours later I arrive at the store to pick up and the order wasn’t in the locker. Total side issue. I had my 9 yd old granddaughter with me who asked to use the restroom… she was told by the manager that the restroom were for employees only. She was told to use the restrooms at a hotel or restaurant next door. Now being an adult I could see that and respect that. But you don’t deny a child from using the restroom. Had my order been completed on time and placed in the locker like it was processed to be I wouldn’t have had to wait in the store for 25 minutes. Total lack of customer service I should have canceled my $850 purchase and ordered at another store

We asked 3 times if the amount quoted included EVERYTHING we were told yes 3 times. While going over the invoice there wasn't additional 40 dollars in charges, We cancelled and went to T Mobile

They make you sign in and wait, only to take customers who come in after you and don't sign in first. Horrible service. Go to T-Mobile. They care about their customers
