“On Saturday morning, we walked in with an emergency because our 17 year old bestie, Panchito, was having trouble breathing. The staff were so kind and made sure we and our beloved Panchito were comfortable as we said goodbye to our furry family member. They let us spend as long as we needed with him and when we were ready to go they came back with his paw prints for us to keep. Then today, we got a condolences letter from them in the mail letting us know the hospital made a donation to an animal charity in his honor. It was obviously a very painful experience, but we are grateful for the compassion and care shown to our family.”
