The quality of their workmanship was truly commendable, and I was impressed with how well they tailored our garments to perfection. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our needs were met with utmost care and attention.However, I deducted one star due to the pricing. While the quality of their work justifies the cost to some extent, I found that Pride Cleaners' prices were on the higher side. I couldn't help but notice that another place on Ryder's Lane offers similar alterations at a significantly lower price, almost 60% cheaper.Nevertheless, if you're willing to pay a premium for top-notch craftsmanship and exceptional customer service, Pride Cleaners is definitely worth considering. Their expertise in alterations is praiseworthy, and the overall experience was satisfactory. Just be aware that there are more cost-effective options available nearby if budget is a priority.Overall, I would recommend Pride Cleaners for their skillful alterations, but I advise potential customers to explore other alternatives if affordability is a concern.

Pride Cleaners ruined my husband's suit, and didn't tell me when I picked it up. I discovered it as I was packing to leave for my brother's wedding the next day. My husband had to rush out to replace the suit on the day we were leaving. This company does not care at all that they ruined the suit (and also, the dress shirts they cleaned looked terrible and had long creases down the front). I have had to call repeatedly to finally get a reimbursement for the suit. I was also told on 12/19 that I would be refunded for the dry cleaning first thing the next day. I have yet to be refunded and no one will call me back about it. I have talked to multiple people about this issue, and the only one to actually apologize and recognize that this is unacceptable, is the young guy working part time at the store. The management simply does not care! Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere.

Been coming here since I was young. No reason to look any further if you need anything dry cleaned or tailored. Small shop but they work very fast. The guys always joyful, very fair on pricing, and super helpful. Appreciate you guys!
