They need help, it seems like they are short staffed.
The front of the store staff are really nice. But the pharmacy shouldn’t be too busy to pick up a phone call, especially from people that are sick and need to talk to the pharmacy or pharmacist to figure out what’s going on with their prescriptions.

What a nice clean store with a clean bathroom.Which was originally why I stopped there.That and the stores always has cool seasonal products like Halloween Stuff.

Customer service is non existent. They promise one thing then don't follow through on them. I ordered a refill via the app. The status didn't move for a couple of days. I called on Thursday for an update. They said if I needed it today or they can fill it on Friday. Seeing they were closing soon I said Friday. I stopped in Friday and was told they need another 30 minutes. I waited over an hour and called back. It still was no ready. A few minutes later the pharmacy calls me saying it is out of stock but till have it for me on Monday. This not filled as of Tuesday.

They send text messages saying my prescription is ready for pick up, but when I go there wait 20 minutes on the line & they only have one. It’s never ready always trying to refill my prescriptions too early It’s not like it happens once or twice. It’s every single month when my prescriptions are due it’s always a problem. They need to change there New TV ad Cause their service is nothing like their commercial

This pharmacy is a disaster. Prescriptions are never ready when they say they are—you’ll get a pickup notification, show up, and then wait hours. Pharmacists regularly walk away mid-conversation without explanation, leaving you standing there for 10+ minutes like you don’t exist.
Calls take over 30 minutes to be answered, and I was once transferred to a completely different pharmacy that had no idea why I was sent there—only to be transferred back and put on hold again.
It’s ironic that a place meant to provide medication actually makes things worse. Absolutely unacceptable. Go anywhere else.

I am never one to write negative reviews, but the pharmacy and every single one of its workers are extremely unprofessional and have 0 customer service skills. Forget going in the drive thru, you will be waiting there for over an hour. Walgreens, please do better.

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would. ALWAYS an issue with medications. They don’t fill them on time. It takes DAYS to reach anyone in the pharmacy. The wait to pickup meds is usually 10-15 (sometimes 20 minutes), which is disgusting. On the phone, pharmacy technicians are abrasive and dismissive. Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to.

I thought I was at a run down gas station when I walked into the bathroom. I didn't even let me inside to use it. Absolutely disgusting.
