“I went to 3 different transmission shops before deciding on this shop! I'll start with this: the difference in price from this shop to the highest quote I got was $6,145. The difference in price to the second shop was $2,400! Needless to say, this shop is very affordable! Second, Mike (I believe is the owner) great communication, flexibility, explanation of everything and accommodating. Sean (I think this is how you spell it), the mechanic was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, gave his professional opinion and advised us on what to do as far as caring for the transmission going forward. I highly recommend this shop or at least go speak to them before making a final decision! 5 STARS! I'll be taking my mom's car there and my boss is also in line for taking his car there soon.”

“Stopped in for an alignment on my 2020 ram 1500 with a 3.5 inch lift kit. They’re the only shop around with a big enough rack to do it. Quick and reasonably priced. After I got home I noticed a popping sound so I had my wife bring it back, turns out I was rubbing but they took the time to show my wife so I could shave down the piece. Highly recommend”

Update to my previous review James saved the day he saw me putting air in my tires and came over to assist me. He offered to put my car on the lift and make sure that my tire wasn't losing air upon looking at my tire he realized the stem was bad he replaced the stem for me immediately and took care of everything I highly recommend the team at Mavis in Marlborough James was amazing,!!!! Five stars is not enough of a rating to give these guys they deserve 10 especially James! again the team at Mavis discount tire came through in a huge way I love the team at this location Bob and Fady and Chase were all very nice and helpful”

They fit me in on the same day I called to make an appointment, diagnosed my issues, gave me a written estimate, AND completed all of my services within the same day (completely replaced front & rear bakes, rotated tires, replaced driver’s side headlight bulb, and replaced front & rear wiper blades)!

“I came into the shop at the recommendation of my high school automotives teacher and let me just say I was very pleased with experience. I’m a newly licensed driver that just purchased my first vehicle and I was admittedly anxious bringing my car in but the customer service was top notch and I was immediately put at ease. “Came by on Thursday afternoon because or another nail in my tire but they were closing up for the day went down to mavis worst customer service ever didnt even check my problem and they said witout looking i need to disconnect my trailer so they can put it in on a lift. I had the same problem a few weeks ago went to you guys same scenario, tect told me well take care of it. 10 minute's later all fixed even for the busy shop they are and no plug needed, but don't want to pull the nail or screw out when im not near home to lose my air in the tire.
