Had my son’s car serviced here and so happy we did. Both Jett and the mechanic were very knowledgeable and professional. They got the job done and went above and beyond. Thank you both! Just know if you’re getting your vehicle serviced here, they know what they are doing, and will help you to the best of their ability. Great place!!

Jett and staff were very welcoming and helpful. They go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. Just Trucks is definitely at the top of my list when I need car service. This is definitely a referral for whoever needs car service because Just Trucks has it covered.

Well I have been looking around for about 1 month for a truck for my 75yr old dad (current car 300,000 miles ) I saw a good priced truck on cars. Com and proceeded to call. Once I arrived for my appointment their was no hassle at all. I viewed 3 different trucks and found one. This is where the professionalism starts. I explained to the sales person that I liked a particular truck and I have to bring my dad back.. He said how about you take it to him. So I took the truck to my Dad with the carfax. Yes my Dad did everything you can name checked the oil on the dipstick, got underneath the truck and looked, checked the engine for any noticeable stuff.. The engine was clean so clean with a new battery. My Dad is old school..He found one small issue (vacuum hose) I took the truck back and told the sales person and made an appointment for the next day with my dad. I didn't make any promise on buying this truck.The sales person called me 2hrs before the appointment and said the issue is fixed.When me and my dad arrived back at the dealership of course he wanted to look at something else and each truck he looked at was clean and in good shape.Now get ready for the most important part the finance part.
The finance person spent 2.5hrs with my dad showing him on how car dealerships get over with their high interest rate. and found a good deal for my dad with an 3yr warranty. You won't find dealerships like these in this day in time. It's not about the business they received its about making each person happy and comfortable with their payments. That meant a lot to me and my dad. In closing if you are in the market for a new car/truck please take time out and visit them and you will see for yourself. 5 star rating...

We had an amazing experience here! We found the vehicle we were looking for online and called first (since it was two hours away) and spoke to Lou. He told us about the vehicle, of which he was very knowledgable, and when we expressed concerns with rust he offered to lift it and make sure it was good. We drove the 2(plus) hours to get there and we dont regret it at all! Lou worked with us, showed us the vehicle, and was very honest and up front the entire time. We purchased exactly what we wanted and enjoyed the experience! I will go back to Just Trucks when it's time to get a jeep :)

Yesterday I brought a 2014 Lincoln mkz. I went in with a 40 60 chance that I might not get it. The prices were SUPER reasonable, and Lou made it so comfortable that I knew walking in there that vip would be the last door that I walk into. I wasn't leaving without a deal. Everything went perfect. I live in Delaware, they delivered it to me. Just trucks by vip will always be my first choice when buying another car in the future. THANKS LOU?!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I bought a car that seemed to be in excellent condition, Lou and Chalie promised me that it was all brand new and in great shape. Less than 8 months after buying the car, it completely fell apart on me. I had to put in $3700 towards repairs (more than half of what I originally paid for it) just to get it up and running again to trade it in. What a waste of time and money. I will never buy from them again. Total scam.
