“Great experience dealing with Kenny Singh on the purchase of a VW for my son! I went to a lot of dealers, and I always call to make sure the car is available and to let them know when I will be there. Trend was the only one that actually had the vehicle ready when I showed up. If you know anything about car dealers, it’s that they love to waste your tim, but that wasn’t the case here. Pricing was simple and transparent, and they gave straight answers to questions without any games. The certified VW we bought looks and drives brand new in every way. The finance manager was also efficient and respectful of my time. A+ experience all around.”

“I was referred to D&M Auto Body by two individuals and it was the best experience I have ever had with car repairs. I can now honestly say - the referrals were spot on - they are the best. From the moment I was walking in the door - they were extremely friendly - one of the estimators opened and held the door open as I entered and the two ladies at the front desk were also friendly and professional. I completed all my business with Bob and he went out of his way to make it a very pleasant experience - They were able to make the repairs I needed in this case while I waited and did an absolute great job. I hope I never have to return to D&M, however if the need arises they will be the only auto body place I consider - They are the best and I wish there were more stars to give them. Tom went out of his way to not only quell our anxiety; but thoughtfully on our behalf took the initiative and engaged with our insurance company who were talking in circles, changing “their” story and trying to have us release our car as “totaled” when it hadn’t even been looked at. In my opinion car insurance is like health insurance. They can care less about the person on the other line and what and how they are feeling, the sadness and apprehension, the “what now,” and the new bill to an unexpected life’s event.
