“I had an amazing experience with Midtown Collision. Abdul is one of the most personable and nicest people I have ever met. They did impeccable work after a tree fell on my truck and made it look brand new. They even washed and detailed the inside and outside of my truck way better than I could have done myself. Great communication the through the whole process and were flexible with allowing me to pick up the truck after hours. Definitely recommend.”

The job was completed quickly, carefully, and with true professionalism. My car looks like new — you’d never guess it had any damage. I especially appreciated the attentive customer service: everything was clearly explained, every step was discussed, and I was kept informed throughout the process. “Took a used car I bought from a shady dealership to this shop to get the car inspected because I had doubts and Dan was the one who helped me. He was very polite and helpful. He inspecting the car and pointed out details and defects that I didn't even see and because of him I was able to see that the car was in fact in a flood. He advised me on what to do next and even checked on me later on. I'm currently trying to resolve the issue and I owe him and the shop a huge thanks. So on behalf of me and my family Thank You Dan. If me and my family or anyone I know that live close need any work done I will recommend them to you guys in Franklin.”

“Prime driven just made me the happiest guy to own an exotic Lamborghini Gallardo! I’m so trilled to know I won and I am still processing. Saw some posts and heard from some friends about their merchandise. Ordered few items not even thinking about winning a raffle draw. I joined some online sweepstakes in the past and never thought this would become a reality. It felt surreal after hearing a big congratulations from Prime driven Rep. I thought it was a prank but man upon hearing the details about the program and how excited the voice from the other end of the line. I just can’t believe a man’s dream to own a Lamborghini has just become a reality . To all the people behind Prime Driven , God Bless you and more power . And to you Eric , you just made my day . Thank you all.”

“I went in for an estimate to repaint my entire car and within minutes Miguel quoted me a very reasonable price. The 25 year old clear coat was flaking, the paint itself was fading badly and a rusty dog leg was due to be restored. A week later, I dropped it off on Monday morning and by Saturday afternoon it was ready to be picked up. The paint job came out beautifully and the metallic sparkle which fully faded in the old paint was now brought back to showroom quality. However, their prep work could definitely be improved as there was paint overspray on the tires and inside the car on the wiper stock and driver door window control switches. The overall end result and quality of work is a good deal considering the price. Miguel made the entire process transparent and simple.”

“Don was great, he coordinated with the insurance adjustor to get an accurate estimate after the insurance company gave me the run around. My car came back looking as good as new, and unlike other experiences I've had with different body shops, I didn't have any issues once I picked up my car. Don is accommodating, knowledgeable, helpful, and I would recommend his shop to anyone who needs body work done!”

“Everyone here is incredibly professional and communicative, making the entire process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. They take the time to walk you through your options without ever trying to upsell — it’s clear they genuinely want what’s best for you and your vehicle. While their garage includes some seriously impressive race cars, their experience spans all types of vehicles, and they treat every client with the same high level of care and expertise. If you’re looking for a place where the job is done right the first time, this is it.”

“This review is based mainly on customer service. I did not have body work done. My car was towed by Hampton Body Works after a night time collision outside of Newton. They arrived very quickly, considering the hour. Bill, the owner, gave me excellent advice regarding my insurance company. He responded to all my calls and concerns immediately. They definitely care about customer satisfaction, including not taking advantage of customers. I highly recommend.”

“These guys are the best! It's very rare to go to an auto parts store nowadays and find people who actually know what they're talking about. Every guy in Lakeland has obviously had experience in the field and will make recommendations based upon what you tell them. This is undoubtedly my go-to auto parts store! Thanks guys!”

“Great Staff and a friendly Family atmosphere. I can be a difficult customer at times because my needs are always one off for custom vehicles. They always go out of there way to help me checking prices, looking a bunch of stuff and sometime coming back again before i make a purchase. I used to be a Die Hard Elizabeth Truck Center customer. The RT46 staff is miles ahead of them with customer service and prices that compare to mail order giants.”
