“The team at Fonzarelli's is the best! I got into a collision in my newish car and I was concerned that the damage to the paint would not match or look like the original color. When I tell you I was ecstatic to see that it was perfectly matched would be an understatement. After seeing my car, it looked like there was no damage at all and fresh off the lot. They detailed the interior and exterior as well when I picked it up.
Every time I called I was always greeted with kindness, respect and understanding. The female receptionist is very sweet and eased my anxiety when I was concerned about the damage on my car and if they had the capabilities to match the color of my car. Her warm, welcoming attitude eased my nerves and allowed me to gain a sense of trust to have them fix my car.
Bill was very kind and patient with all my questions, concerns, calls and updates. There was a minor complication between talking to my insurance company and Bill, but Bill explained in great detail what is being fixed, what they're doing at the current moment and expected timeline on receiving it back. Bill and his team was also very understanding with how necessary I needed my car due to travel for work. They were able to give me my car back just before a work trip and I am so thankful that they did everything they could to give it back to me in a timely manner.
One thing I wish Fonzarelli's did was either call, text or email with updates about the car instead of calling myself but honestly their professionalism, kindness and hard work overrode that.
I have already recommended them to my friends, family and coworkers but hopefully I do not have to bring my car back to them ?

1) Because price is very reasonable. They will NEVER overcharge you. Will only charge what's truly reasonable, both for parts and labor.
2) Wait time might be long because they're in demand but it's worth it. Quality of repair, and paintwork is top notch.
3) Jack (owner) is a great person in general. Very humble and GREAT humor!

“Just picked up my car and am so pleased! I hit a blown tire on my way to NJ coming home from Maine to visit family, and my entire front end was messed up. Town 2 were so great throughout the entire process, they went out of their way to make sure I was able to get my car towed up into the shop before the holiday weekend so I wouldn't be stuck without a car in NJ for more than I needed to. They called me with updates along the way (took about 2 weeks to fix because of all the parts that needed to be ordered, replaced, and then painting the new front bumper) and were very patient and kind. They finished the car earlier than the estimated finish date, which I am sooo happy about! Everyone was friendly when I picked up the car, and the car was washed and cleaner than when I left it with them. air cooled 1957 Beck Speedster, which included major engine repair, installation of a Fi-Tech Fuel Injection System (after removal of my Weber Carbs), fine tuning of the Fi -Tech System, electrical upgrades, as well as custom fabrication of Lexan side windows with slide open/close inserts that replaced the 'floppy'
plastic windows the car came with and allowed me to control air
flow into the cabin. Their expertise in working on so many varied
areas of this custom car can only be described as extraordinary.
Steve and Anthony are master mechanics and master technicians, the likes of which I have never come across before in a private ownership shop.”
