“I was referred to D&M Auto Body by two individuals and it was the best experience I have ever had with car repairs. I can now honestly say - the referrals were spot on - they are the best. From the moment I was walking in the door - they were extremely friendly - one of the estimators opened and held the door open as I entered and the two ladies at the front desk were also friendly and professional. I completed all my business with Bob and he went out of his way to make it a very pleasant experience - They were able to make the repairs I needed in this case while I waited and did an absolute great job. I hope I never have to return to D&M, however if the need arises they will be the only auto body place I consider - They are the best and I wish there were more stars to give them. Kudos to Bob and the ladies at the desk for treating people as they should be treated.”

“The team at Fonzarelli's is the best! I got into a collision in my newish car and I was concerned that the damage to the paint would not match or look like the original color. When I tell you I was ecstatic to see that it was perfectly matched would be an understatement. After seeing my car, it looked like there was no damage at all and fresh off the lot. They detailed the interior and exterior as well when I picked it up.
Every time I called I was always greeted with kindness, respect and understanding. The female receptionist is very sweet and eased my anxiety when I was concerned about the damage on my car and if they had the capabilities to match the color of my car. Her warm, welcoming attitude eased my nerves and allowed me to gain a sense of trust to have them fix my car.
Bill was very kind and patient with all my questions, concerns, calls and updates. There was a minor complication between talking to my insurance company and Bill, but Bill explained in great detail what is being fixed, what they're doing at the current moment and expected timeline on receiving it back. Bill and his team was also very understanding with how necessary I needed my car due to travel for work. They were able to give me my car back just before a work trip and I am so thankful that they did everything they could to give it back to me in a timely manner.
One thing I wish Fonzarelli's did was either call, text or email with updates about the car instead of calling myself but honestly their professionalism, kindness and hard work overrode that.
I have already recommended them to my friends, family and coworkers but hopefully I do not have to bring my car back to them ?

1) Because price is very reasonable. They will NEVER overcharge you. Will only charge what's truly reasonable, both for parts and labor.
2) Wait time might be long because they're in demand but it's worth it. Quality of repair, and paintwork is top notch.
3) Jack (owner) is a great person in general. Very humble and GREAT humor!

air cooled 1957 Beck Speedster, which included major engine repair, installation of a Fi-Tech Fuel Injection System (after removal of my Weber Carbs), fine tuning of the Fi -Tech System, electrical upgrades, as well as custom fabrication of Lexan side windows with slide open/close inserts that replaced the 'floppy'
plastic windows the car came with and allowed me to control air
flow into the cabin. Their expertise in working on so many varied
areas of this custom car can only be described as extraordinary.
Steve and Anthony are master mechanics and master technicians, the likes of which I have never come across before in a private ownership shop.”

Tom went out of his way to not only quell our anxiety; but thoughtfully on our behalf took the initiative and engaged with our insurance company who were talking in circles, changing “their” story and trying to have us release our car as “totaled” when it hadn’t even been looked at. In my opinion car insurance is like health insurance. They can care less about the person on the other line and what and how they are feeling, the sadness and apprehension, the “what now,” and the new bill to an unexpected life’s event. I explained that I really couldn't afford a lot out of pocket and that I really didn't know what getting the car out of it's spot entailed and not only did they ensure me they wouldn't do anything without talking to me, they also followed up with my insurance company afterwards to help me with the next steps forward. They even had another team member evaluate the situation to make sure they weren't missing anything.
