Nice people, but always understaffed. They rarely answer the phone and when you go in person, you sit in a line, does not matter what time.

Lovely staff and excellent customer service. I want to recognize Marriane Yafar, who helped me with a fraud issue. She was kind, caring, diligent and thorough. I can’t thank her enough for going the extra mile to take care of me in a time when I felt so vulnerable. Thank you Marriane!

I'm always greeted upon entering, and I'm attended to immediately. I miss my local branch but the Sparta branch is just as nice.
