I am on automatic fuel oriole delivery and still I run out of fuel two times. Memorial Day weekend ran outta fuel on Saturday and cold, they sent a technician out that was very rude to the point where I would not allow him in my house. So I called the service manager during normal working hours and told him what happened. He did not care, did not ask any questions when I told him that his service rep was rude ann't allow them in my house. You would think they would want to know why a customer is dissatisfied.

Great company and customer service. We called with a broken boiler, they replaced the boiler the next day and had a great experience.

John Roberts sold me a contract at $1.77 in August of 2020. Filled my tank. Heat was not turned on until November 2020. I was charged $115 when the tank was not used in November before oil was ever turned on. On January 8, 2021, I was charged a $2.39 a gallon. The bill was over $475 for less then two months of oil. I was told by John Roberts that I had a locked in rate. I am very disappointed on how this company lied and stole.

I am buying a house which serviced by this company. They replaced the furnace boiler 4 years ago without a permit. Which well established company would take such project without a permit? It took them a week to get the paper work together. It is just plain wrong..
