I went there for routine bloodwork. The technician poked my veins so badly that i was bleeding all the way back home. When i got home, my whole sleeve was full of blood and it was still bleeding.
Terrible staff at this location. Be careful

Always a great experience at this location, I’ve never had any issues like others have complained about. The ladies that work here friendly, kind, and always helpful! Yolanda has taken care of me many times and I have nothing but praise for her and the other staff. Always a perfect draw, quick and efficient, no fuss. Give her a raise!

8/3/2024: Sparta Route 15 facility: Went there 40 minutes before closing and was met with a sign stating that an appointment was necessary for a Saturday visit. Nowhere is this listed on their website. The front desk attendant was defensive, stating, “This isn’t my facility, I don’t know what to tell you.” Poor customer service—will find another spot to get blood drawn. It’s a shame to fast for 12 hours only to be met with poor customer service and still not have my blood work done. A little empathy and acknowledgement of this not being noted on the site would have gone a long way.

My husband hasn't been to the doctor in years so we finally got him a primary care appointment after some concerning health issues. Unfortunately in order to go to see this doctor he needs his bloodwork beforehand and with his work schedule it's difficult to get in to get his blood drawn. He finally had time today where our son didn't have sports so we had his doctor send the prescription to the Sparta office since they have Saturday hours. He got to the office and first saw another man storm out before him and as soon as the woman at the desk spoke he understood why. She was in a bad mood before he even said anything, she asked for his prescription and he told her it was sent over by the doctor and she was visibly very irritated that she had to get up to look for it. While looking for the paperwork she was complaining to the other woman in the office about the man before my husband as well as having to look for my husband's information. She yelled to my husband "well I don't have it!" before coming over and rudely telling him to "call next time to make sure we have it" - I understand if they didn't have the paperwork; that isn't their fault at all if it truly isn't there but that isn't my husband's fault either and he wouldn't have blamed them or been upset with them if they were even slightly polite about it. After reading the other reviews for this business unfortunately I'm not surprised - hopefully we can find another office that has Saturday hours because we will not be back.

I've been here a couple of times. I prefer the Andover location much better. They are far more pleasant and don't hurt and bruise you doing blood work.

They don’t know how to draw blood! We were shocked! It’s a Lab! They should be proficient in drawing blood, I’m speechless.The lady poked one arm several times before she gave up. She moved to the other arm and still had trouble finding a vein. enough to call for help. Now both arms are all bruised up.

I took my mom and my 12 year old daughter in to get lab work done this morning at this location. My mom was seen by Lisa who was able to draw blood from her with one try which is not typical. However, my daughter was seen by another woman with dark hair who was terrible at drawing blood. She put the needle in too far and had to pull it back to fish for my daughter’s vein. In addition she had wiggled the needle up and down a few times while drawing her blood. My daughter looked like she was ready to either cry or pass out. After leaving the location my daughter has been in pain and I had to give her an ice pack to help with the swelling. Her vein was enlarged and swollen. She still is having pain throughout her entire arm after hours have passed since having her blood drawn. My daughter has had her blood drawn many times before without fear or anxiety. However, this time around she actually said that she fears getting her blood drawn again because of the injury. She said her arm hurts to just bend. This is definitely not how my daughter should feel. There needs to be retraining for the phlebotomist before she becomes a major liability.

I had blood drawn in Sparta today by a dark haired lady (I didn't get her name). She worked at the speed of light and I was in and out in no time. Great experience.

On behalf of a friend-Phlebotomist severely bruised my arm and I was in a lot of pain. When I went to the doctors appointment I had waited 6 months for, I found out they drew the wrong bloodwork. Absolutely unacceptable. I tried to call to speak to someone and was hung up on.

My parents went to this facility on Saturday. We’ve been using Labcorp for a long time and never been through this kind of problem before.Regarding to Labcorp’s website they are taking walk ins, my parents went there and the lady was helpful and then another one her name is “Yolanda” she was absolutely rude and unprofessional during the time my family were there and my mom was trying to explain for her that’s this is not the first time they walk in without an appointment and still she was rude to my mom and she didn’t respect my parents.This is absolutely unacceptable to have this person working there and treat people like this .I’ll make sure my complaint doesn’t just stop here and I’ll report her to Labcorp higher management so she can learn her lesson of talking to people and respecting other people.

Love this location! Been coming here the past year. I had a 3 hour test today and the staff were excellent.
