Horrible customer care they have had me on hold for 50+ minutes. I don’t know if they are understaffed or what but this is unacceptable. Do not go here ever.

DO NOT GO TO THEIR MINUTE CLINIC!!!! I was charged 150$ for a 5 minute visit with the doctor (NP), in which she used a stethoscope and advised me to go to the hospital. 150$ for that? Its just absurd. Afterwards I went to the Urgent care 5 minutes away and got an EKG, a 30 minute visit with the doctor, and much more information for 30 dollars less. Literally disgusted. At least the doctor (NP) called to "check up on me". Total scam. DO NOT GO.

Had a TB test done for a job. CVS sent the results online which were blank. CVS bombarded me with ads. Don't recommend using CVS for anything whatsoever again.

I went there for Covid and it was fast and easy. I wish I could remember the womans name but she was nice and explained everything and answered all my questions. Then right after you can get your medicine and be on you're way.

Easy telemedicine visit within hours of booking it. No waiting around in a waiting room or having to travel. Got the RX I needed quickly. Gotta love technology.

Three stars only because the NP Megan was phenomenal the first time I was there and is the kind of provider you want. The second time the NP was rude and useless. Made me feel like I was an inconvenience and not at all helpful, and probably the reason I won't go back. It is hit or miss, and inconsistent.

The drive thru CVS minute clinic promises test results in 2 to 4 days, with results to be posted on MyChart. Never received email with activation code to set up MyChart. Already have a MyChart account, but it was never explained that my existing MyChart account is different than the one for Minute Clinic since I never received the email from Minute Clinic. It is now 6 business days after the test sample was taken. Their direct phone number gives the option to speak to a representative to find out what your results are. But you get a recording that tells you all representatives are busy and to continue to hold for the next available representative for assistance while music plays. After 45 minutes of waiting they disconnected me! I tried 3 times!?Once they kept me waiting over an 1 h 34 min til I hung up! This 4th attempt I’m still waiting.??? The results are needed before additional blood tests can be done.Update: finally got someone to answer my questions after waiting 32 minutes and Janeesha was patient to stay on phone to help me through 4 attempts to signup for MyChart Minute Clinic. I change my review from 1 star to 2 simply because of the failures aforementioned.

The WORST EVER. I waited until I could get an appt and 20 minutes before my appt they wanted to know why I was coming. I told her a UTI. She proceeded to tell me I probably won't give you antibiotics so you should not come. NEVER EVER AGAIN. She hadn't even seen me but already knew she would not give me an antibiotic. Shame on you cvs. This is not a clinic. It is a joke

The “Dr” was scolding my 5 year old for making noise while she was talking to me.... my kids are very well behaved.

After going to CVS stanhope (the worst) for a while I realized CVS Sparta is THE ONLY cvs I will go to now. Shafali and Matt went out of their way to look into my insurance and figure out what the problem is. I LOVE THIS PHARMACY! Thanks to them my problems have been solved.

Very nice and extremely thoughrough. The wait was short and NP was very friendly. I would recommend them if you need to see someone right away.

Went there and signed in. Computer said 30 minutes. 45 minutes into my wait the nasty NP tells me to come back in 2 hours as she's "on lunch" 45 minutes later I get a text message telling me that I've waited too long and lost my place in line. Never again. CVS just lost my business - this has happened (almost exactly the same way) 2 other times as well.

Maria and Babiche at the Minute Clinic have always helped me out. They are thorough and caring. They give practical advice generously. They are knowledgeable about treating colds and muscle soreness.
