First impressions are long lasting. If I could give them a 0, I would. I received a call from this practice in the late afternoon requesting to reschedule. For context, this is the day before my appointment and one that I had scheduled weeks ago. Disorganized office management. I am glad that I did not even set foot in this place.

I had gone there for my last pair of glasses, and they were amazing there. Today my glasses were lost or someone took them by accident. I called them, they saw me right away. My glasses were done within a couple of hours, and the people that helped me was Talia( who remembered I didn’t have glasses, when I spoke to her.) and Jordan who was so patient with me trying on glasses, and took care of everything quick! I’m so happy with my experiences there that they have a life long customer, and I will tell everyone to go there! It’s clean, good air conditioning lol! And I can’t recommend this location enough.

I had a great visit with the people at this location. Everyone was friendly and professional, from the woman who helped me with all of the paperwork to the exceptional examination I had with Dr Patel and all of the help that I got ordering my glasses from Ryan, I could not be happier with my experience, thank everyone again for all of your help.
