Our family has been a customer of Lakeland for many years. The platform people are professional and efficient. The Asst Treasurer, Susan Wilke, has been a great help in managing my accounts. She is an asset to any firm.

They wouldn't cash a check their customer wrote. Cashier said they don't cash checks for "non customers" over certain amounts. I asked why. Her reply, "we have rules." Terrible service. I don't see these "rules" posted anywhere. I believe they pick and choose. I would never do business with this branch again. I hope all Lakeland branches are not like this.

We have banked with Lakeland bank for about 20 years. We have taken personal loans, opened up savings accounts for our children and we have always been happy customers. We recently found out we needed a new septic which is a big financial project. We were able to take an equity loan out and Mike Bostedo was wonderful to work with. Their loan process itself was easy, but Mike made everything even easier. He always returned my calls timely and was always calm and helpful and made us feel very comfortable through the whole process. He is also a very nice person in general. Thank you Mike and Lakeland Bank!

I've tried 3 times to leave a review. The bank closes at 4 o'clock on a Friday?? I was there today and was shocked! Totally unheard of! Because of Covid19?? Use another excuse. I'm in my car, you're in a building more than 6 feet away behind glass. I still can't believe this. I'm truly having second thoughts about doing business here anymore. That's pure laziness on their part. Again, why close early??

As a teenager I opened my first saving account with Lakeland in Butler NJ and I have been a customer ever since. Now as a small business owner my Lakeland bankers are always watching out for me and my financial needs. When I walk into my branch in Sparta I am greeted by name and often the manager takes time out of her day for a chat. Now more than ever I appreciate the service and reliability that I always receive. Great job and I will always bank at Lakeland.

Worst banking app/website I've ever used. Outdated, near-obsolete online functionality. Trying to close my account was a nightmare. Stick to national branches - always.

if I could, I would have giving the lakeland bank 0 stars.
I just switched banks and unfortunately, I chose Lakeland bank as my financial needs new provider. Very unfriendly, rude, unhelpful, illogical, customer service. I am really regretting that I switched banks. I thought that community banks should be more customer-friendly, but.... my mistake ..." you got what you're paid for"

This is the scammiiest of the scammers. They love to pretend it’s 1982 and wait weeks before your checks clear and charge you fees for every single thing. And their app is useless. Totally useless.
