“Unfortunately I don’t know her name. Was there today Wednesday Sept 17 th approximately 3pm. She was soooo nice, and sooo helpful. Moved to Rockaway 6 months ago and still trying to find our way around. Have been in post office before but never met this very kind and knowledgeable lady. I was a little frustrated with the day I had and had to get a money order which I didn’t know bank does not do.They told me to go to post office. So I proceeded to post office. She was soooo nice and helpful. Didn’t know what to expect because being new in the area I thought “ great another aggravating situation “. Just want to make sure you know who I’m speaking of. again Sept 17th about 3PM. She was soooo nice great, helpful and felt Rockaway may have been a good move. Thank you sooo much postal worker on that day and time.”
“I have been leaning on the copying and printing services in the Staples in Newton NJ. Occasionally I have purchased items to help with managing paperwork and legal documents. The store is well-organized with supplies at reasonable prices; the staff is helpful and personable. The store is neat, clean, and well-lit and the items are well marked so you don't have to hunt for a price.”

“I wanted to give a review in response to the previous review for this office, nothing can be further from the truth, Candy is the kindest, most helpful and knowledgeable person that worked at the Augusta nj post office, chances are that the customer didn't get his way so he lashed out on here. he probably had nothing prepared and it was time to close so it was suggested if he needed time to prepare that other offices were open later. it's actually comical to see a bad review about candy if you've ever met her or had the pleasure of doing business at this post office when Candy Shannon and Erik worked there, unfortunately Candy and Erik retired and Shannon transferred, best of luck to all 3 of them, they deserve nothing but the best”

“I had such a great experience at this post office that I had to leave a review. I went in yesterday because I had lost my receipt for a package I mailed out, and I desperately needed the tracking number. What felt like an impossible situation, Postmaster John Porada was able to solve. He went above and beyond to help me, and I am so grateful for his kindness and patience.
I also want to mention how friendly the entire staff is. From John to William, to the sweet woman at the front counter with the beautiful blue eyes (I don’t know her name yet) — every single person is warm, helpful, and welcoming. Usually when I visit other post offices the employees seem rushed or a little rude, but that is not the case here.
I’ll never go to another post office. I’m truly happy to have found this one!”
“Shawnt’e was extremely polite and helpful today! She hands down gave my girlfriend the best customer experience to date with the post office. She provided excellent service and possessed the knowledge to make sure our package arrived at the time we needed it to. And at the best possible price. We were quoted as having to spend almost $200, to have the same delivery service done by FedEx. We spent nowhere near that, and our package is expected to be there exactly when we want it to.
