The store is well-organized with supplies at reasonable prices; the staff is helpful and personable. The store is neat, clean, and well-lit and the items are well marked so you don't have to hunt for a price.”

“I wanted to give a review in response to the previous review for this office, nothing can be further from the truth, Candy is the kindest, most helpful and knowledgeable person that worked at the Augusta nj post office, chances are that the customer didn't get his way so he lashed out on here. he probably had nothing prepared and it was time to close so it was suggested if he needed time to prepare that other offices were open later. it's actually comical to see a bad review about candy if you've ever met her or had the pleasure of doing business at this post office when Candy Shannon and Erik worked there, unfortunately Candy and Erik retired and Shannon transferred, best of luck to all 3 of them, they deserve nothing but the best”
“i had a horrible experience with fedex recently and customer service was not helpful at all. they kept passing me around until they finally connected me with someone at this location locally. i believe the woman who helped me was named Pam (?). she was able to contact the driver and get an extremely important package delivered to me within less than an hour. i am very grateful and appreciative her help. thank you!!”
“Shawnt’e was extremely polite and helpful today! She hands down gave my girlfriend the best customer experience to date with the post office. She provided excellent service and possessed the knowledge to make sure our package arrived at the time we needed it to. And at the best possible price. We were quoted as having to spend almost $200, to have the same delivery service done by FedEx. We spent nowhere near that, and our package is expected to be there exactly when we want it to. I would absolutely recommend this Post Office to anyone in the area. Thanks again to Shawnt’e!”

“It has been my experience that although the postal system in itself has many flaws, even as a small customer I can say this particular office does move to resolve issues quickly. I came in yesterday with a problem, and I appreciate having my mail delivered to my box this morning with no issues. I also commend your driver for locating my actual box (not easy) and finding a way to get it in there this morning around the ice and snow. Thank you guys”

“Sparta UPS store is very busy but the manager ryan is awesome to work with with he makes things go easy and he is a huge help I had some boxes to shop he helped me unload the car and more I made a mistake on my slip he caught it and was able to make the correction he was extremely helpful and patient with me throughout the process! Employees of his caliber need to be appreciated and valued! Every trip and experience with ryan has been absolutely flawless! If he is not working I will wait so I can work with him thanks ryan amazing job”
