This is the BEST pharmacy in my local area! Please don't ever change because you are all wonderful. Helpful, patient, kind and take the time to explain and resolve things on a personal level.

I just visited the Sparta Pharmacy… and I was processing payment with Amber at front desk payment was declined…. I was surprised because my wife called and spoke to a young lady to make sure payment was good… but instead young lady… I believer her name was Cris or kris (Blonde hair) was very rude and ignored my question when I was asking her about payment. font desk lady’s name was Amber, she was new, so i dont blame her but the lasy who helped her .. she had blonde hair was very rude. I used to like this pharamacy but I doubt ill be back…. As i was writing her to give to corporatw, she grabbed her name tag and said “ You want to read it better! I’ve been in corporate customer service for 30 years and that was rude ans unacceptable. I dont gave her name but she has blonde hair ans was wearing a black mask on 3/6/2025. The reason I gave her 2 stars was because of the new girl Amber. I will be also writing to corporate.

Very Good Pharmacy, always willing to work with your Doctor. If they don’t have what you need, they will get it usually by the next days. Russ their delivery person is the BEST!!!!!!!
