First time at TLC I had a gel fill in manicure & pedicure. I was very impressed with the salon, very clean & great service.Thank you Rachel for a great manicure I definitely will return.

So sad to share this rating related to an issue i had there this week. This is the only place i go and truthfully love it every other time. Terrible customer service. I called to
Make an appointment , arrived for my appointment on time. Was barely greeted when I arrived. After waiting around for about 15 minutes I was directed to sit in a chair for a pedicure where I proceeded to wait another 20 minutes without any assistance. Then a woman threw a book of colors at me without saying anything. Very strange behavior I would not recommend.

I do like this place for pedicure spa's, however, the nails I can do with out. I gave this place a second try and still disappointed. My nails came off within a week, and then another not even a full 2 weeks. The pedicure was ok, I felt like they could have done a better job with my heels. The next day it didn't look like i had a foot scrub at all. I feel like these girls were trained to do nails and do not have a license. They need more practice. Just not on me.

Called for 2pm appt, was asked to come at 3. Was getting a pedicure and gel manicure. They sat me down to have my feet soaked while waiting for someone to be available which I hate because then you're trapped. I was 40 weeks pregnant sitting there with my feet in hot water which I had to speak up on. Then someone else came in after me for 3:15 appt and was immediately seen by woman in charge. The message was short and manicurist kept jamming my hand in the UV machine with me repeatedly telling her I have long fingers never again

I was a few minutes late due to commuter traffic
2 people came in after me and said they had just called for a manicure
They were taken first
It was getting late and I got the bums rush
2 nails already chipped the next day
Sign says $33 for cash
$35 for charge
I used a gift card and was charged $40
This is the third time I was charged $40
Gift card is used up
I’ll go somewhere else now
Never again

I usually don't get my nails done but once in a while I do for special occasions. I went here to get a simple gel nail color. They did it well and didn't chip at all, and I extensively worked with my hands.

I went there for the first time, about 2 weeks ago, and I think I found my new spot! Love the staff and the atmosphere. I even got a massage. I absolutely love this place. You show them what you want, and they do it.
