Worst ever dropped my taxes off took 2 weeks I’ll never go back had to pay 60 dollars they never had the time to go over my taxes with me just wanted the 180 for doing them went over to HR block to double check them at least they had the time to explain to me what I have to do to get a refund you should give me my 180 back never again

Made mistakes that I ended up catching on my own and had an attitude fixing her mistakes! Stay away unless you’re ok with taxes completely being done incorrectly

I have used Jackson Hewitt for years and don't plan on going anywhere else. Carol is always helpful and gets my taxes done in a timely manner. She's knowledgeable and experienced and gets all the information needed to get the maximum refund. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I was filing my tax on last day. The lady Carol was super nice. and most importantly she was very knowledgeable in tax filing. she asked all the right questions and even call my healthcare provider to get detail. I got my refund back so very happy.
