Thank you Adrian from the bottom of my heart. He helped me navigate through customer service to finally get through to the correct person who then was able to help me return my equipment. Adrian gave exceptional service. He looked for every free or discount available. He set up everything for me (I’m older and couldn’t remember any of my passwords)…Verizon app, Facebook, email, etc. He spent so much time helping me. I left the store with my phone and watch working as should be. I’m very happy with the service I got and would recommend for everyone to go to him. He will take care of you!!

This store lied to get the sale for 2 phones and the plans did not even match. Buyers beware get it in writing first!!! Terrible sales integrity!! The deal did not even exist!
