The good:
Amazing responsiveness, very friendly, knowledgeable about the cars, fairly quick sales process.. bonus: they offered to buy me dinner because we were there late
The not so good:
Apparently this dealership requires you to have your car insured and bonded BEFORE leaving. I was not made aware of this and so I drove two hours to be told I couldn’t leave with the car. I was on the phone over an hour trying to get ahold of my insurance company, but they were closed. They did finally agree to pay for temporary coverage for me so I could get everything switched over the next day.
I am grateful they paid for the insurance but if that was an option I wish they would have started with that instead of having me on the phone forever with my insurance company.
Overall it was a good experience and I would use them again, but if your first time make sure you contact your insurance before they close for the day!”

“I had an absolute blast at this Ford dealership, yes, a blast. And the MVP of my car-buying adventure was Anthony Mills, who deserves a medal, a trophy, and maybe a parade.
I walked in, immediately fell in love with a car that was, let’s be honest, way out of my price range. I was out here shopping like a celebrity. That car had every boujie feature imaginable probably would’ve cooked me breakfast if I asked nicely.
But did Anthony let my champagne taste ruin my budget? Absolutely not. Like the hero of a dealership fairy tale, he tracked down basically the same exact car, just without some of the fancy frills I definitely didn’t need (and probably would’ve never used ).

“I will never buy parts from advanced Auto or auto zone again. I went to this place and they had the starter for my 1998 Silverado. Installed it and it's a lot quieter than any starter I got in the past from advanced or auto zone. Cheap Chineseyum garbage is all they sell. Go with NAPA and put you mind at ease, great prices. Now I won't have to replace my starter every 2 to 3 years like advanced Auto parts. Great professional people at NAPA.
IF I CAN GIVE HIM 10 STARS I WOULD.”
