Purchase and service experience were totally pleasant. Adam is extremely responsive and takes care of any issues very quickly. We owned two Latch folding bikes that we purchased from Adam which were great. Our needs changed and we now own an Interceptor and a Comfort Cruiser. Love the bikes.
