I stayed 5 days. All the staff was super friendly and very helpful.Walkability: Cross the road and you are on the beach. BeautifulFood & drinks: The kitchen staff made many delicious meals. I was very impressed with the lunches they provided.

My husband and I went for lunch today. The service and food, both great.Our waitress, Maria, was fantastic. I was torn between ordering two different items from the menu and she gave me her opinion which really helped. She was attentive and personable.I ordered the Mediterranean salad without the cheese and added the grilled chicken. It came out exactly how I asked and was absolutely delicious. The lemon dressing is quite addictive just as Maria described!The view of the ocean just took it over the top. It was a weekday lunch, but felt like we were on a vacation. We will definitely be back!

Stopped by today to grab a bite. The views were terrific, the service (Maria) was perfect, and the food was great. I ordered the eggs breakers, basically steak and eggs Benedict. The value was great. I will definitely be back.

I have high standards and my pre- Christmas Dinner at the Breakers was one of the best Ive had all year. Their sea seared scallops over thin pasta was outrageous. The salmon and fresh vegetables were so fresh - amazing. Best mashed potatoes ever!!! The gelato and flourless chocolate cake is one you expect to receive in Italy and will talk about all year. Service was superb! Cant wait to go back.

Attended a gathering after a funeral and burial. The staff were attentive, the room was decorated beautifully. The food was good.it was my second time gathering there.

I stayed at The Breakers in October 2023. Wonderful experience - everyone was very friendly and professional. The food was delicious, and my room had a beautiful view of the shoreline. I will definitely stay there again.

Do NOT eat here!! We went to the restaurant for restaurant week and I am struggling to find something positive to say. We waited over 20 minutes for someone to even give us water and take a drink order. When the drinks arrived, I was given the wrong drink (something I was allergic to) and another drink was served completely incorrect (have you ever had a martini served in a tumbler with ice?) No server in sight to help us. I had to find a manager to get help. My pumpkin tomato soup looked and tasted like it came out of a ragu jar. Chunky, not even a hint of pumpkin.My medium rare steak was so overdone. For dessert, despite giving the chef and server a detailed list of my food allergies, they tried to serve me something that I was allergic to. While the manager tried to help matters, he could not fix the quality of the food. It almost felt like we were getting the leftovers from the wedding going on. While it may be a great location to stay at or have an event, the Breakers should be embarrassed at the quality of its restaurant.

What a let down. Apparently quality goes out the (drafty) window during Jersey Shore Restaurant Week. For starters, the butter was either straight out of the freezer or cold due to the draft; the Italian Apple cocktail tasted as if the cider had begun to turn musty; the pumpkin tomato soup tasted very similar to the red sauce on the meatball starter; and the oil used in the poppy seed vinaigrette was on the verge of greasy/rancid. Although tender, the dry short ribs hadn't even a smear of sauce or gravy and served next to equally dry mashed potatoes. Looking around the room, we noticed no one was eating the carrot puree: it tasted "plasticky", as if the plastic bag the carrots came in was pureed with them. That note was offset by a hint of bleach flavor. The broccolini apparently hadn't been drained adequately and was served in a pool of garlic scented cooking water. As for dessert, the bitterness of the overburnt creme brulee was matched by the bitterness of what tasted like hours-old decaffeinated coffee. The topping on the caramel apple torte was mostly wet flour. Never again.

enjoyed a delicious dinner with my father. Fran was our waitress so delightful.we ordered off the restaurant week menu. so many choices my father had the short ribs & I opted for duck with pasta. The dinner was outstanding as was the service. we always feel like we are on vacation when dining at the Breakers. Beautiful view of the ocean.And it's always a pleasure to see Anthony & Joe & if your fortunate you will see Cosmo. Our favorite place to dine. A must place to visit.Thank you to the Scardino Family till next time!
