Do not come here for fast same-day photos. I ordered 5 pictures and they were expected to be ready by 3:55 which gives them over an hour to walk 10 feet to the photo center to press a button. I called a half hour after the expected time and was rudely spoken to by the cashier claiming they are "busy" and she'll try to get to it at some point. It's Walgreens...how busy could it possibly be that you can't do your job fully

The worst pharmacy. Do yourself a favor and send your prescriptions to any other Walgreens in the area. Even if It is the closest to home, it is not worth the headache. They need more staff and support for the volume of customers they receive.

Denise took forever to ring up 2 people that had 3 items max. I waited for 15 minutes. Finally I asked if I could grab an item or 2 from a box half opened next to the registers that said "RUSH TO FLOOR"(have been sitting there for 3 days now). She said "NO" with an aggressive voice, asked what box I was talking about then said I cant go thru any boxes without a manager. I asked if a manager was present and she said "I am the manager" then walked off and told me the head manager will be here monday. RUDE woman. I called to ask for her name and she yelled at me that she doesn't have to give me her name and hung up. Worst experience with Denise.

Pharmacy service is nonexistent. 40 minutes wait in a drive-through window. Customer service is terrible.

The Pharmacy is the most understaffed, disorganized pharmacy I have ever been to. Waited more than 25 minutes at their Drive Thru 't with One car ahead of me. When I finally came up they ignored me and wouldn't answer the buzzer. The Pharmacy tech looked at me and ignored me for 15 more minutes...just would not respond! I called the store while I was waiting and was on hold for 1o minute and left! What a Rude, Unprofessional staff! This was from 6:00 PM until 6:40 PM...well within the normal hours that the pharmacy is open. Don't think of using their drive through for Prescription Pick-up unless you are prepared to wait at least 30 minutes and are ready to be treated discourteously. Tried calling the pharmacy manager the next day to see what the issue was but they wouldn't 't take my call.

HANDS DOWN THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE BOTH AT THE STORE LEVEL AND CORPORATE LEVEL. You can't get a prescription fill as they are always out of stock, i called for a week straight and got put on hold 10 and 15 minutes at a time, then called corporate and got the same BS. DO NOT BOTH VISITING THIS LOCATION ... I was told by the staff don't know what to tell you we are short-staffed and go ahead and call corporate to complain, maybe they'll do something. We are overworked!!!

Terrible service. How do u have a long line and one cashier who also is answering phones. This is the worst Wallgreens. Last time here for me!!!!

Grumpiest lady at the register. Her badge was the other way or I would say her name. She had grey hair and god forbid she smiled, sorry I had said the place thing covering half the register was difficult to place The stuff up for her to ring up. She looked at me like I had 4 eyes and with her mean smirk said it's for her protection. I mean maybe I shouldn't of said that but seriously.. she put me in a bad mood. She seemed bothered by everything. Bah humbug

Over and over again, everytime I come and pick up a prescription the wait is 15, 20, even 25 minutes. The staff is all excellent. BUT UNDERSTAFFED.Walgreen's is working the staff as if they are government mules.I will be looking for another pharmacy.

I had made an on-line appointment for a 6pm flu shot and received confirmation. When I arrived at the store's pharmacy counter, I was informed that they would not give any flu shots after 6. It upsets me that the pharmacist at the Spring Lake Walgreens does not honor appointments.

I have never experienced such gross incompetence. Month after month I call in my prescription and without fail it is not ready. There is always some lame excuse and never once an apology or improvement. Well I am finished giving this chain my money. CVS Manasquan here I come!

This has CONSISTENTLY been the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I never call customer service except when I have been 3 days without a very important medication and I get hung up by a pharmacist (a younger guy who was working on 5/11/2020) around 11am. When I told him the prescription was filled at an old pharmacy he said I should drive the hour to go get it. They clearly have no bedside manner and are rude EVEN at the drive through. I will never go to a Walgreens again (not any location) and have already convinced family and friends that are close to switch their pharmacy altogether. They have lost my business and I am definitely not done posting about it on here. Congratulations to the Spring Lake pharmacy for a terrible job in all that you do and losing business. Keep up the awful work and I wish you the best!
