I scheduled an appointment to see a car I found on CARFAX and called the dealer ahead of time. I drove 1.5 hours specifically to see this vehicle. When I arrived, the car wasn’t even available.
This was a total waste of my time — they confirmed the appointment, yet didn’t have the car ready, or even on the lot. It felt unprofessional and misleading, like they don’t value customers’ time.
This kind of behavior comes across as a joke and a scam. I won’t be returning, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a trustworthy dealer.

Complete disappointment. I came to see a new car after the seller assured me it was available and ready for a test drive. However, upon arrival, I was told that the car had not passed any tests. They offered to sell it without showing it or allowing a test drive, but only if I purchased an additional warranty. In the end, this pointless visit wasted two hours of my time. I strongly do not recommend dealing with this dealership.

Lmao, I find these comments funny. Do people really think they'll get a car at wholesale price? It doesn't even occur to anyone that sellers get a percentage, and of course they're interested in selling and getting as much as possible. That's standard at all car dealerships. If you don't want to haggle, buy it online, like at Driveway.

Dealership is very misleading I came in for an appointment and the car wasn’t even here. The car was wholesale and I wasn’t told that over the phone at all. The worker assigned me a appointment date and never told me anything about this, very misleading.

First off, you can barely reach anyone. Calls often go straight to voicemail, and that voicemail is usually full. Then, instead of speaking to you directly, someone from their customer outreach team will only text you—and even then, the information they provide is inaccurate. This happens even when you specifically ask for details on a vehicle, out-the-door pricing, or assistance connecting with a representative.
They waste customers’ time by inviting people to come in without having the actual vehicle available or by giving completely incorrect information. For example, they listed a 2024 Audi Q7 with low mileage on Cargurus.com for a little over $40K. Once we arrived, we were told it was being sold wholesale “as is” due to a transmission issue—something that was never mentioned upfront.
DON’T BOTHER GOING TO THEM. The experience was frustrating, misleading, and completely unprofessional.

I’ve reached out numerous times to get someone to assist. Shame that an actual person looking to buy and not tire kick doesn’t get a response from a sales team after reaching out multiple times. If you’re not going physically here, wouldn’t waste your time trying to contact.

Crazy stuff , been calling countless times past two days their auto Text work but I’m hearing on the phone no sales people available they must be really busy to not want a sale, kudos , even asking for a gm or manage is like finding the president lol

There should be an option for zero stars, stay far away from this place nothing but scammers. Drove three hours to go look at a Mercedes, spoke to a sales guy on the phone told me it was a clean title when I got there they gave me the runaround, then told me there’s no title on the car and it’s for sale to Dealers only, Stay far away these guys are scam. Artists any good review they have has to be somebody they know.
Update :Whoever responded to my review is a joke, I only came for one car, never even spoke about colors, this place and guy is a joke… I repeat SCAMMERS!!!! He's even lying on his reply.. Look at all
