I came in to remove my nails only. Kim did a decent job but she didn’t say thank you or anything to me very rude service. Then the lady at the reception desk was SUPER rude to me DEMANDED a tip in cash. She yelled at me and told me to tap my Apple Pay behind the desk. Nobody said thank you or come again or had any kind of manners with me. They rushed me to get more services done and then asked for tips a bunch of times. She left residue on my nails and didn’t give me lotion or cuticle oil. Half ass job with half ass service.

I found this place about 3 or four months ago...and I've only been disappointed once...(the tech refused to give me a design before she started my polish) and my nails chipped on day 3??
Requested style: Before getting serviced this time I made sure the tech could give me a simple design as we wind down from the summer. and she did not disappoint! ?
Cleanliness: This establishment is well kept and that's something I can appreciate ?? ?? ?? ??
Stylist: don't know who my tech was ? but she was VERY ACCOMMODATING! ?

I went for a manicure and pedicure around 11:00Am on a Wednesday at that moment was very busy no technician available. I have been for some time inside the salon and nobody Acknowledge me, how can I help? I have approach the desk and the agent had express that is very busy and together agreed to come back between 1-2Pm. Sure I did I came back Again no one acknowledges me and eventually one o the technician got Available and I had express that I want manicure and pedicure and I prefer to start with manicure first. A minute later the lady at the reception yelled impolitely saying to the tehnician to have the next client if i am not doing pedicure, very humiliating unprofessional and rude. And sincerely they don’t do great job either I was going because was closed to my home, but no Moore!

For several reasons, I will never patronize this business ever again. To begin with, without going into detail in order to be brief, I found the manager to be rude and unprofessional. Furthermore, during my most recent visit, there were approximately seven to eight nail technicians, all of whom were working with clients. Amongst several of the technicians, an ongoing conversation in Spanish was held. I neither speak nor understand that language, and so it made for an uneasy experience. Additionally, the workmanship leaves something to be desired. On one occasion, the technician failed to use a base coat on my toe nails. When I questioned her regarding this, she stated that the nail polish consisted of both base coat and polish. Needless to say, for the first time in my life, and I am 71 years old, upon removal of the polish, two of my nails were stained! It appears that it will be quite some time before my nails return to their normal, natural appearance. To conclude, I urge all to forego this business and find another reputable spa.

Please AVOID this place at all cost .The owner is very RUDE and money hungry . I called and spoke to the owner if they are open. She says come down we are open. Next thing I know I get there get in the chair the lady starts to take my polish down with the drill machine. I politely tell her I do not want the machine to remove my gel. The worker starts going off that she needs to rush my toes cos there is no time . I ask her to get me the manger. The manager comes there and starts yelling in the middle of the shop at me. That she needs to rush and do my feet. Ridiculous. Never will I ever come back . She is money hungry and doesn't care.

I didn't even have the opportunity to have an experience. I called to see if I could get my nail fixed.. The woman who answered said they were busy and hung up on me after saying I cancel. I have not gone to that salon in years. Will not try to go again.

I love Bloom- my only complaint is that they DO NOT open at 9 am. They show up at 9:15 the absolute earliest and most days later than that. I understand they travel and there might be traffic, but they have to leave earlier to get there on time!!!!!!
