Dobbs is a very honest shop. I brought my Highlander to the place for a small fix and one of the guys told me it would cost a high price at their place than somewhere else though it should be a quick fix. He then recommended me to go to another place nearby. I appreciate their honesty and friendliness, and definitely will refer my friends to here.

I’m very satisfied with the repairs to my Tesla Model 3 by Dobbs. From start to finish the process was seamless and they handled nearly all negotiations with the insurance company. Would highly recommend!

One other worst experiences in my life. Took my cybertruck to Dobbs shop, they first gave me a price then a week later spoke with owner and he said was totaled. Called insurance they went and inspected and they said was not totaled. Again called them a week later to see the progress and the owner again said is totaled. Mind you I did not crush the truck it just ran over a tire in the highway. They kept the vehicle there for almost a month and did not do anything meanwhile I’m paying for a rental and wasted time. At the end they refused to fix it saying was to much work. Insurance transferred my cybertruck to another autobody shop. Dobbs is very unprofessional and basically scammers because they kept the truck there and charged insurance without doing anything. They don’t care about their clients. I felt like I was dealing with a 3rd world country body shop. Disgusting

Theresa and the entire crew are AMAZING! When dealing with the insurance company for my repair, Theresa did all of the heavy lifting and made my experience sooo much easier.
It’s stressful enough dealing with losing my car for 2 months, and she is the definition of what customer service should be.
The car looks great, I got it back quickly, and I’d give 10 stars if I could.

Someone scratched my car in a parking lot and I went to the body shop for estimate. The manager and the technician are so friendly and quickly checked and fixed the scratches in 10 mins and for free! I really appreciate the help and would like to recommend this shop to friends.

Dobb’s Autobody is a TOP OF THE LINE AUTOBODY repair shop! If. You own a Tesla they are Tesla certified (NOTE:you can only Autobody work performed on your Tesla at a Tesla certified shop). Whether you own a Tesla or not Dobb’s Autobody is TOP NOTCH! Not only do they perform EXCELLENT body work but they are VERY KIND AND FRIENDLY. They make you feel at right at home when you walk in. I had a recent fender bender. At first it appeared as the repair was only cosmetic although from driving it after the accident to a parking spot I suspected suspension damage. Then I thought maybe the camera sensors were off as the impact was not that hard. Once I contacted Dobb’s and spoke to Theresa (she’s awesome), she emailed the paperwork I needed to fill out. I submitted the paperwork back, left them alone and they went to work. Today, May 19th I picked up my car and it didn’t even look like it was ever in an accident. Also shoutout to Gilbert and all the body repair technicians for their EXCELLENT work! Gilbert was the body repair tech who brought my car out and handed me the keycard and went over some things with me. They also washed and charged my car! Also shoutout to another distinguished looking man who was very cool and helpful to talk to (he maybe Mr. Dobbs). Theresa gave me paperwork that proves parts are all genuine Tesla parts. All in all they get A+ to infinity rating from me!

Excellent service from start to completion. Theresa’s front office skills are outstanding; all my questions answered, thorough and prompt follow-ups.
Body work was fantastic. Damage was repaired with flawless end results.
Nice little touches included a detail of exterior and interior. Car looked amazing and brand new.
They have all my future business. Highly recommended!

When a wheel entirely broke off of my SUV due to potholes it was upsetting and unnerving, but the Dobb’s team did such a fantastic job that they turned a negative experience into a positive one. They worked with my insurance company and got everything sorted out with ease. Theresa was my main point of contact and she was a true joy to work with. Always cheery, informative and helpful. My car was returned to me better than it was and I couldn’t be happier. This team really went above and beyond to deliver excellent services.
