Worst customer service in the world!!! Use UPS better! People in here don't want to work sending customers to a machine to print labels and it doesn't even work!! Horrible wish I could Give Zero stars!!!!!

Had qr code from tik tok where it says fedex will label and package the item. Brough this tiny box to Erica and she acts brand new. She said I cant put the label on this too small box. It says fedex is responsible for packaging it. Goes back anf fourth. She then pulls out a plastic bag and says it is free. Why make me go back and fourth when you know your job.

I came to FedEx needing help printing games for my upcoming baby shower, and the experience was truly exceptional. I was immediately greeted upon entering, and the manager went above and beyond to make sure my order was just right. She took the time to really listen to what I was looking for and helped me determine the best printing options for my needs.
The customer service was stellar — thoughtful, patient, and kind. Since I’m nine months pregnant, they even offered me a chair so I didn’t have to stand at the counter, and brought over samples for me to review and approve. It made the whole process so much easier and more comfortable.
I believe the manager’s name was Kelly, but if I’m mistaken, I visited on 4/17/25 between 5–6 PM. I’ll definitely be returning thanks to the amazing service I received!

I’m here waiting to be assisted for more then 30 minutes and the lady didn’t even hesitated to look at me after I told her can you please help me fax my paper work. This sucks I’m outta here. Please improved customer services.

I had an excellent experience picking up a banner for an event at the end of June. The woman that greeted and helped me was so friendly and helpful - I couldn't ask for more. Honestly, I live in Wayne (work in short hills) but for any future needs in I'll go out of my way to have that sort of interaction. Thank you! Even have a pretty low quality picture to be blown up and I'd say they did a great job!
