Went here to get a new tire and diagnose an issue with my car, they diagnosed and installed a new starter. These guys took care of it and were a good group of guys. Much appreciated.

Today I noticed that the battery I purchased from Sts Firestone in Springfield nj was never installed
I posted proof by the two photos I added clearly the ac Delco is a gm product and I paid for a die hard gold battery
From receipt you can see kennis was on duty and Christian was the tech
From previous post clearly kennis has been mentioned several times with negative reviews
I intend to contact Firestone headquarters and submit a complaint don’t know if kennis is still employeed at this location but will not go back nor will I recommend this location

The Firestone location on Morris Tpke was very helpful. I had a flat tire, there was a nail stuck in it - so it was losing air rapidly. They were able to patch the tire for a reasonable price. The kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle. It took a little while because it was a Saturday, and they were pretty busy. I arrived there at 11:30am and the lot was full. I recommend getting there at 7pm when they open, you can probably get in and out faster. They called me when my car was ready about 2.5 - 3 hours. Considering the time I dropped my car off, I feel they took care of it quickly. I am pleased with the repair, and I would use them again.

Had a new battery and 4 full tires within 45 minutes of calling the shop. Even got a 10% veteran discount. Seriously nice guys and great service.

Dave is excellent store manager. Have purchased 2 sets of tires and had brake service done. One of winter tires had a screw in it and was unrepairable. Dave warrantied the tire completely. The store is busy but would take my card there for service again and again.

they over charge heavily on parts nearly a 150% markup on a simple part. theres greed and then theres GREED.

I had a horrible experience at this Firestone in Springfield, yesterday 2/17 around 11:30am. These two employees McClinton and Kennis were completely rude and disrespectful toward me. Will definitely never go back.
