Horrible customer service !!!
Un professional old lady, tried to rip of with stick on nails for $85, when I asked for acrylic tips for my daughter. She stopped service mid way ! And told us to leave with roughened nails…
She did not want to do nails in a girl , she could have said that in the beginning

I went in wanting a regular new set of gel acrylics and came out paying $80 for I don’t even know what. The woman didn’t even take my nail polish off from what I had before and went straight over it by gluing acrylics on. When she started gluing them on, I was confused, and asked if she would take the previous nail polish off. She said “I see it, I’ve been doing this for 30 years. I’m not stupid.” On top of that, she didn’t cut my natural nails so under the acrylics is all different shapes and sizes. I came out with chunky and spotty looking nails. There are also little hairs stuck within the polish and notes that to her and she overlooked it. Had to go back and get it fixed, but even then it wasn’t much better and the lady kept saying “nobody complains” and “you can’t look too closely at them”. If I’m paying $80 + tip, I’m looking closely. I would’ve asked for a refund but it was much easier to walk out and take the loss than trying to get the money back. Will not be going back and will need to go somewhere else to get it fixed.

The girls aren’t very experienced. I overheard them making fun of another woman who called them out. After I said I didn’t like the shape 3 other girls came and tried to gaslight me into thinking these were good nails…..

This place is Peaceful and Quiet,, Extremely Relaxing. Music is low and soft. Please keep it this way.. I almost always fall asleep while getting my spa pedicure.. Ask for Elena she is Amazing🤗

Terrible experience! Nail tech was nice but felt like I was her first customer ever. Nails look like a kids did them. Owner was rude when I asked for a copy of my receipt. Will it go back

I came here to get my eyebrows waxed and they said they would do it and when I got into the room the lady told me to lie down. Then I asked for an arch since that’s what I always get when I come here or anywhere else. Then the lady left the room and was speaking in her language to the other worker then the lady came in and said that “she can’t do it, your eyebrows are too hard for her” I don’t have much eyebrows so it would be pretty easy to clean up and make an arch. Then they told me to come back later. I’m never coming back here. They also force you to tip. They are horrible.

I had went there for years. Pedicures were always great but the gel manicures were not good, they do not listen, and are very very rude. Look further, you'll have a much better experience.

went for a gel manicure. Anna was rude and not attentive. My gel lasted only five days! it should last 2 weeks! Ridiculous! very disappointed and not satisfied. would NOT recommend at all!

I have been going to this salon since July and have yet to have a bad experience. The nail techs are sweet and attentive. I love that they take appointments! Most importantly, I have been getting my nails done for 20 years and I have had everything from gel to acrylic tips to SNS done. Nothing ever lasts. But every time I get a gel manicure here, they last me at least 2 weeks which is incredible for me!! I definitely recommend this salon!

Yeah experience here was ridiculous came for a mani and pedi the lady doing my pedi was nice the women doing my nails very disrespectful name Anna. She kept complaining about time and huffing and puffing while I’m getting my nails done saying because of time. Mind you the place doesn’t close until 7 my appointment was 5:30. She act like she don’t want to redo my nail that got messed up either when I already paid for my service. Then expected me to give a tip for poor service. She then followed me outside which is ridiculous and knocked on my window as I was leaving!!! Will never come back here again for service because how could you think you were getting anything with the attitude she had.

I did not like this place at all. Overpriced and the customer service was horrible. I live less than a mile away and I have not returned. I visited twice. The first time was great but the second time everything service had increased and everyone was curt. When I asked why my peddie had increased she said "That's the price; you want it or no?" I then got a gel manny that was $55. Haven't been back.
