New to area. The worst pedicure I ever had. Hardly cut nails, rushed. Looked like a five year old polished my toes. Went to CME across the street today. Got the best pedicure ever! Do yourself a favor, do not waste your money here. Oh and Carmen at jiji nails worst ever and rude

I went here like many weeks ago. The reason why I didn’t write this review sooner was that I thought I would grow to love my nails that they did. Turns out I hate them just as much as I got them done. I asked for a simple design with oval nails. The shape was off my nails were crooked and the lady couldn’t even see. I asked for a French tips and it was so sloppy. My nails are also bumpy. As soon I touch the surface of my nails they were uneven. These people don’t know how to do simple designs the best they can do is a solid color. Don’t come here!!!!

My friends got really bad nails. They paid 65 dollars for nails that didn’t even look clean. One of my friends’ nails was crusty looking. The hearts on my other friends nails were messy. You guys need to have better customer service.

I came here with my husband last week and did not have a great experience. We both got manicures and pedicures (mine was gel). During the pedicure I noticed he got a hot stone massage and I didn't, but we paid the same amount. They also didn't bother painting my pinky toenail and the paint job seems sloppy. The water in my basin was way too hot and when I asked them to make it cooler they laughed at me and then they didn't drain any water out first so the basin overflowed. Just seemed very sloppy and unprofessional. As for my manicure, they did a bad job filing the nails so they are uneven and bumpy and definitely overfiled the top layer of my nails that was already thin from getting a gel manicure removed a few weeks prior. It was my husband's first time getting his nails done and he said he hated the experience and will never go back and I definitely will not be going back to this nail salon after the experiences. It cost $102 for 2 pedicures and a normal mani and gel mani, but they didn't break down the cost for me when telling the price so it feels like they made up prices on the spot.

I always bring my wife to go here. They do an excellent job of doing pedi's. They always do a great job of the pedi that I get together with my wife. I have been going here a long time and always leave satisified.

horrible experience . dirty, she filed my skin multiple times.. i made an appointment for an acrylic fill which she did not specify they didn’t have until she starts doing it and it’s gel powder not acrylic. not coming back here.

I moved to Springfield earlier this year and have been looking for a new nail salon instead of going to my old salon, which is 30 minutes away. The ladies at the salon were nice, but the gel manicure and pedicure I got were subpar. I have long, natural nails (no acrylic), and I had to go back the morning after my appointment to get a fingernail fixed since the side of one nail cracked. They had no problem accommodating me, but fast forward three hours, and that same nail cracked again + two others, leaving me no choice but to cut every single nail off. On top of that, my pedi chipped a few days later. Needless to say, I’m going to continue taking the 30 minute trip to my old salon because I’ve never had one issue with them. Best of luck to Jiji Nails!
