i love this place. miss having my own. did for years but even though is public. decent people should not bring their disgusting dog beds. people use these machines for their baby or even newborn clothes. if you have a machine at home wash your NASTY dog clothes there. This is nice laundromat but some selfish nasty people come sometimes

I used to really like this laundromat and usually it’s well kept however lately it’s not being kept up by the afternoon attendant. The woman in the AM is great but the one in the afternoon seems lazy. The place was a mess today, lots of crap on the floors in front of the washers, The attendants should make sure the washer doors stay open after being used. Most the time they are closed and the stench when you open it to put your clothes in is repulsive . I’m looking for a new place to spend my 50 bucks a week. Giving three stars for the woman attendant in the morning otherwise it would be a one star review.

Clean and nice people but they charge $9.79 to wash but you have to buy a card and you can only load even dollar amounts. I would rather they just charge $10 instead of deliberately cheating people out of additional change. You may say .21 cents but that’s per load for every single person.

Mountain Ave. Laundromat has THE ABSOLUTE BEST staff that will answer any and all questions promptly and with a smile. The restroom facility is super clean and sanitary. And there's plenty of room too menouver around the other customers with the laundry baskets. Great location with restaurants in the plaza.

First visit and last visit. The machines are cashless how ever, you are charged $1.00 to retrieve your initial laundry card. Was in the area and stopped to wash the damp gym clothes I had in the car. Attendant never offered assistance with the laundry card machine as she saw me having an issue. I had to ask her to help which INTERRUPTED her conversation with another patron. :(

Christian and Rosie are extraordinary employees.. they are extremely helpful courteous and kind. The laundromat is spotless and the machines do a stellar job. Highly highly recommend doing your laundry there!! There are 2 vending machines with all supplies!!

They will shut the washer 5 min early/ hafl rinsecycle, so you have to pay double for dryer. Happened twice to me.

I have been coming here for years and boy has it changed for the worst! I walk in the other day and the store smells of mold and some of the machines do. The prices have gone up ! I put my clothes in the washer after cleaning it and sit down to watch TV while I wait and all tv has Spanish channels on . Really. And there were tissues and dryer sheets all over the floor. You need new staff!!won't be back!!!

Some washing machines have a stinky mildewy smell that gets in your clothes. I hope the owner reads this review...PLEASE CLEAN YOUR MACHINES!
