“I used them to move from NJ to SC and had a good size move of 10,500 lbs. They came in person to review the house and provided an estimate that turned out to be very close to the actual. They provided limited packing of key items and nothing was damaged it what they packed or what I did. Overall they were great to deal with the driver and the crew on both ends was great. Movers arrived right on time. They gave me a heads up, wrapped my furniture beautifully took care of all my belongings. I paid for extra hours and additional service to unpack all of my clothes but was just hours instead of me doing myself watching the boxes and not touching them for months lol, put back all in my closet and where it belongs and I totally loved it. Next time I will go directly through them instead of using the brokers United Moving and Storage! The rep Ryan was extremely rude and threatened to cancel our move a day before they were scheduled to pickup! My advice would be to go directly through One Circle Moving and Storage so that all of the money goes directly to them and not a rude middle man. Those guys deserve it!”
