Not sure why this place gets a bad rep, though it was not too crowded when I went. Employees were quick and professional. Don't blame them for rules they have no control over. They weren't unfriendly, but that's OK bc they're not my friends! All business, 5 stars.

I went there today for a new title for my car, new registration and license plates! Was in and out in less then 20 minutes! Awesome!
