“Our pergola was installed last fall. We noticed a leak happening from the attachment that connected the pergola to the house. It was a bit challenging to get an appointment at first as the season just started but Dana the owner followed up with us directly and was involved until the issue was resolved (they also washed the pergola free of charge). It is always great to see an involved owner that cares about customer service!”
“We love working with Manny and his team at Paper Chase! They just installed carpet on our stairs and it is great! The entire process was very easy and a pleasure. They do exactly as they say they are going to do. Their communication is excellent. They also have a fantastic service to help with paint consultation. Gina came to our home to help us choose the right color for our bathroom and also to match paint that needed a touch up. She is very patient and helpful. We are now working with Tyler on getting window treatments. Their service is great and their prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!”

“I'm glad I used Google to find this location. My husband only want to use Benjamin Moore paint and this location has the paint and all the extras that you will need. I parked in the front but there is even more parking spaces in the back. The staff was friendly. The lady that helped me did everything from getting the paint, ringing me up and even brought the two 5 gallons of paint directly to the car and placed them inside ?. She lifted the gallons up effortlessly.
When I got home I thought I could do the same thing.
No!
My neighbors Ring camera probably recorded my struggle. ? I will let the contractor remove the remaining gallon from the car.”

Tyrell was so helpful and patient. He suggested and offered different options and shared what other customers used.
