We used Michael's mortgage company on a recent home purchase through a recommendation from our friend/realtor and we're very glad we did. He was easy to talk to and made us feel at ease considering we were making the biggest purchase of our lives. He took time to explain things we didn't understand or had concerns about.
Although this was our second home purchase, it has been several years since and Michael guided us and offered his honest opinion which allowed us to secure the best possible mortgage rate which at closing even impressed our lawyers and the title company.
I highly recommend Prime Time Mortgage when purchasing a home. We tried to shop around but in the end realized that no other lender could come close to the rates that Michael was able to offer.
You need someone who is honest and in your corner and we felt that way with Michael and Prime Time Mortgage.

Easy and quick 3 week closing. Michael is a pro when it comes to mortgages. I have several 1099’s and that complicated my mortgages multiple times in the past, with Michael I don’t think I had more than 3 questions, he knew exactly how to handle it! I highly recommend!
