Been there MANY times with a lemon truck. Bill always goes above and beyond to keep my truck running. I did not buy the truck there, however he still gives me great sevice.

I've been dealing with George at Springfield since the late 1990's. You won't find a more honest and helpful person anywhere. He has shipped parts to me all over the eastern US, at prices below any I could find elsewhere. He just helped me out with a clutch problem on my Fuso and did it with a smile.

Horrible is the only word. Brought our Sprinter service van in for repair. They were given a limit of $3000 to do the work because of the age of the van. Today, over two MONTHS having my van, they said it was done and the bill was $5298.86. After a big argument, BILL said if you don't want the van, give him the title so he can sell my VAN. What is there not to understand? You have a $3000 limit!!!!!! And on top of it, the staff there are all nasty people. Never again!!!!!!!

I have an older Mitsubishi Fuzo and these guys always keep my truck on the road these are a great bunch of guys always take care of me with top notch quality service

This shop has been around a long time, and I think Bill who manages the shop has a big heart, a good work ethic, and an honest approach to business. However, I am concerned for the safety of his customers and here is why. One of his service managers Mike has been in the hospital repeatedly for alcoholism during the several months he has been employed there. This has been brought to Bill's attention. It is within Bill's power to force his employees to take routine drug and alcohol tests. Especially when they are working with big equipment. The fact that Mike has been reported by several liquor stores in the Springfield area purchasing liquor on his lunch break, and the fact that he is likely legally intoxicated while working on and validating mechanical repairs in the shop is a major act of negligence on Bill's part. Bill is aware of mike's problem, however he had not sufficiently mitigated the risks. Mike's incapacity could directly result in a highway accident that could cause serious injury to a customer or another motorist. Bill is knowingly putting our community at risk by not screening Mike for alcohol. I can't recommend this service shop until Mike is formally enrolled in a zero tolerance rehabilitation program that administers routine breathalyzers, so the community can have peace of mind that he is not intoxicated on the job. If Bill were to be more proactive about getting Mike the help he needs, I would have no hesitation to award his business 4 or maybe in 5 starts.

When my Dad owned his own business he would take his trucks here for years to get serviced. I personally own a mini-bus for tailgating and any time I have dealt with these guys regarding repairs/maintenance they have been fair and reasonable, both on price and the time it takes to do the job. They do good work and I've yet to find something to complain about. They're helpful, will answer your questions and even teach you a few things if you ask like I do. They're also located about a mile off of Rt 78 so it's a good spot to get work done on your truck if you're coming from a distance.
