I crown TD Bank of Springfield - "The Unicorn of TD Banks"Unlike other TD banks, they are well-staffed (no line/no wait AT ALL on a Saturday, no less!) and I was greeted by three lovely ladies. Not only did I receive excellent service, but I had a few laughs with them as well. All other TD banks should view this one as the staple of how to deliver excellent customer service!

This branch operates on confusion. I went to the drive-through ATM because the last time I came here a man was stuck in the lobby atm and police were called. On the day I went (last Sunday), The drive-through ATM kept my debit card and when I went to this branch for help (the following Tuesday) they deactivated the wrong debit card so now both of my debit cards have been compromised and the first one that the ATM kept is still not replaced. On top of that, TD shut down my Zelle for a few days due to a "fraud" excuse that they could not clarify. If I did not have a checking account at another bank, I would not have been able to make ends meet this week. I will not be returning here.

I have banked at TD Bank and it's predecessor Commerce for over 20 years for both my personal and business needs, and formerly was extremely pleased with their customer service. However, for the past 18 months they have become increasingly inaccessible, inaccurate and unpleasant. On a weekly basis we need to go and wait to find out why our deposits are not correctly processed, a tremendous waste of time and emotional energy. It is impossible to have legitimate questions answered by telephone or email, and when we go to the branch, there is inadequate staff so frequently it requires excessively long or multiple visits. I question whether this branch is being phased out, or just totally under resourced. Reluctantly I may be forced to change the bank that I utilize for my personal and business needs. David Miller

It is pretty busy here and on a Sunday on the weekend is always nice to have a bank open. They are busy inside, but they have a parking lot, a digital queue, and a notary handy. Great stuff. Much better than the branches in the city. Kam helped us out. A little more paperwork than expected to notarize, but get for bank customers. I do wish they had the coin counting machines still. Difficult to get rid of change by depositing.

Sitting here for close to 30 mins now, while the only staff person continues to chat on phone and no one else is available to service my new account request. Totally unprofessional attitude, especially since I called earlier and requested a time slot. TD should change their branding to “America’s Most Inconvenient Bank”.

Worst bank imaginable. Staff is not only totally incompetent, but also very unfriendly. If you want more than $3000.-- in cash, you need to give them 2 days notice, they told me. I deal often with TD branches in the city, these people would not last one day there.

A banker there opened a checking account for me when I didn't even ask for that. I came in to get a replacement credit card (not debit) because I lost mine. He made me a “new†card which was actually the same card that I lost, said he made a mistake and I would have to get my new card in the mail. A week later I find out all of a sudden I have a checking account with TD! I've never had a checking account with TD, never asked for one and certainly didn't sign any papers. This is illegal fraud.
