Thank you for being here in the neighborhood. It's so nice to have a hardware store close by especially staffed with some very kind, helpful and friendly people. I was in here 3 times for a tiny closet system install where I was missing everything from drill bits to wall anchors & blah blah blah. Each time I was greeted by a different person all with the same wonderful attitude. Thank you

Went in recently because I needed something repaired. Was told it was going to be a little bit, due to them being short staffed. Found out this humble gem I've always fallen back on finally got hit with CoVid. Had no idea they were even shut down apparently for several days! Customer service was impeccable despite the fact that they were suffering in terms is help; my item was still repaired in practically no time. They also had all the little odds and ends I didn't know I needed readily available. Highly recommend!

They are the best! They take all the time you need to help with your project and you can return anything if it doesn't work. No questions asked. I hope they can outlast the pandemic - I would hate to see them leave.

The keys, brand new still had the key code, I had made there did not work. It is inconvenient for me to get back to summit so I just have to swallow the cost of the duplicate keys and have them made elsewhere.

Bob Giardina did the closing for my new house last year and everything went so quickly and smoothly - it was a breeze. His office is easy to get to and has lots of parking. The whole experience was positive and can't recommend him highly enough.
